The location of the society is good. Many offices are located nearby. But again please be aware of the traffic jams just exiting the society.
The society has many problems. first is water not available 24hrs. the water pipelines are improperly laid leading to very low water pressure in many flats. During weekday, there is almost no water during 6am to 10am. you will have to store water. During weekends water can vanish any time of the day. Apart from this, society management is poor. Problems are not resolved.

Living in such a wonderfully green and well-maintained community is truly a delight! With ample open spaces, we enjoy evening walks, and our children have a safe and enjoyable play area. The gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse amenities are not only well-maintained but also fully functional. The connectivity to important places like Manipal School, the metro station, shopping malls, restaurants, and bus stops within a 2 km radius is incredibly convenient. Good street lighting ensures safety during evenings, and the underground parking space is impressive. Maintenance standards are top-notch, with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and lift maintenance. Attention to detail, such as regular painting, enhances the overall aesthetic appeal. Power backup ensures uninterrupted enjoyment of amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, party hall, children's play area, and cricket pitch. The community's friendly atmosphere and grand celebrations of festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi add to the sense of belonging.
In their society, water scarcity and poor quality are ongoing issues, while uneven and poorly maintained roads pose challenges for daily life and infrastructure development.

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. We celebrate festivals like Diwali, Vinayaka Chavithi, and Dasara, which are enjoyable in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Public transport options like buses are available within 500 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. There is a rainwater prevention system in the society as well. An IT company is located within 1 km from the society, which is very convenient. Hospitals are also available within less than 1 km from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies.
The greenery outside the society is not well-maintained and should be improved. Additionally, there are a lot of traffic issues outside the society, especially during the evening times.

Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Hospitals are available within a 500-meter distance; there is a reliable hospital nearby. The metro is also available within 1-2 kilometers from the society.
Construction quality is poor; there are some leaks and issues in the top floor apartments, which is very inconvenient in the society. There is no clubhouse or amenities, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Due to the water tanks, there is high expenditure. Public transportation like buses is available far from the society, which is very inconvenient.

This society is located a bit interior of the main city. Residents enjoy the calm atmosphere, free from the disturbances of traffic sounds. Connectivity to basic needs such as supermarkets, beauty parlors, and small hotels is within a 1km radius of the society. The society has good security features with an ample number of staff and CCTV systems. Maintenance of the society is excellent; issues regarding plumbing and electricity are promptly resolved by the maintenance team. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable. Basic amenities such as ample parking on the ground floor and well-functioning elevators are available. Additionally, there is a designated play area for kids.
I moved out of that society about a year and a half ago. During my time there, my only dislike was the lack of open space within the community. Additionally, there were no nearby public transportation options.

The metro is in under construction is very inconvenient. There is a traffic issue on the main road during morning times. The cleanliness should be improved in the society; it's very important.

Living here is peaceful, calm and great. The society has all the ammenties and is a gated complex with good secujrity arrangement. All facilites are available
For drinking water only one has to depend on Bisleri water. The quality retaurants are a bit away though all food delivery agents deliver food home when booked online. The shops have all the desired day to day use items but offer a low discount . The area is full of IT professionals as ITPL is very very near

This society was nestled within the colony, offering everyone the convenience of walking, and the environment was peaceful. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and playground were available for residents to enjoy. Maintenance is excellent, with reliable water supply and no electricity issues.
I moved out of this society. During my residency, transportation was not great because the society was located inside the colony, and the construction was also old and not well-maintained. Additionally, festivals were not celebrated.

The atmosphere of the society is very spacious and welcoming. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are conveniently located near the society. The water facility is excellent, and power backups are also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily collection and separation of dry and wet waste. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking areas are very good in the society, and there is also ample space for visitor parking. People in the society are very friendly, cooperative, and respectful.
Public transportation, such as buses, is very far from the society. The cleaning of the society is poor. Additionally, essential shops like grocery stores are not available nearby the society.

The Bengaluru residency has a cafeteria which is situated outside the premises. The customers go to the cafeteria and spend their leisure time. Malls and recreational clubs are situated nearby.
