Good things here
The maintenance charges are normal. The society is well maintained. The guard sits at the gate in night time to ensure safety. There are 4 flats per block. People are humble and mostly are working class and traders. We celebrate marathi festival with great joy
Things need improvement
Amenities are basic. Children have to go to the nearby BMC park. The area is quite crowded and traffic congestion is quite normal during the day. You should know marathi to deal with the local shopkeepers and auto rikshaw waala

Connectivity is excellent with cab and auto services readily available within a short distance from the society. Water efficiency is very good, with reliable power backup ensuring uninterrupted supply. Parking facilities are ample, accommodating residen
Things need improvement
Balcony space is small. The quality of railings is also not good. The outside roads are congested, people park their cars on roads and cleanliness is also an issue here.

Good things here
Single parking and 2 lifts. The society is good for small families. Connectivity is good. Airport, Bus stand, Schools, colleges, IT parks, Malls, PVR, Hospitals, everythign is located clsoe by.
Things need improvement
Security is averahe. The common areas are also not properly maintained. Too many vehicles parked outside the main gate. The power cut and water supply is a problem

Good things here
It's a 12 floor corner building. The location is the biggest plus point with international airport and famous hospitals within 5-10 kms from here. IT offices and parks are also within 10 kms.
Things need improvement
The construction is average. Security guard is also very casual. Traffic issues day and night. Noise and crowd
