Elevators, are installed and maintained regularly, ensuring hassle-free mobility. Residents enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, with comprehensive power backup. The construction quality is commendable, with no seepage or termite issues, while proper ventilation enhances living comfort. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, properly maintained and upheld, enrich the living experience. Community spirit thrives, fostered by humble andfriendly neighbours who enjoy celebrating festivals together. Security remains a priority, upheld by vigilant 24/7 security personnel and CCTV surveillance. Everything is so well-maintained, from the cleanliness and hygiene standards to the timely garbage collection. The water supply is reliable, which is such a relief. Plus, having open space parking is incredibly convenient. I feel safe and secure with the excellent security system, including the presence of security guards and CCTV surveillance. And the amenities! From the gym and swimming pool to the clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids, there's always something to do. Having a lift in the society makes everyday life that much easier too. But what really makes this place special is the sense of community - everyone is so friendly and cooperative.
Limited public transportation options like autos and buses can be inconvenient for residents who rely on them for daily commuting. Additionally, issues like leakage and seepage due to average construction quality can be concerning and may require attention from management or authorities to address. The power cut issue during the rainy season is also something that needs to be looked into to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

The society offers a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, park, gym, and essential utilities like gas and water pipelines, all of which are well-maintained. Festivals and functions are celebrated enthusiastically within the community, fostering a friendly atmosphere among residents. The quality of approach roads both inside and outside the society is well-developed, minimizing issues such as ditches. Security is robust, with 24x7 security staff and CCTVs installed throughout the premises, ensuring the safety of�the�residents.
Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society; there is no metro in the area yet, and the nearest railway station is located a considerable distance away. Additionally, the maintenance team has not conducted an earthquake readiness test within�the�society.

Garbage collection is carried out daily, ensuring cleanliness. Auto-rickshaws are conveniently available near the society for transportation needs.
It's unfortunate that some residents in the society disregard proper waste disposal, resulting in a dirty environment. Despite repeated complaints, a persistent leakage issue in all flats hasn't been addressed adequately. Additionally, the roads outside the society are in very poor condition, posing challenges for residents.

The apartment's build quality is good, with strong walls resistant to scratches. All amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, park, clubhouse, and kitchen area are available and well-maintained by the society's team. Dedicated parking is available for residents and visitors. The community is supportive and helpful, with pets allowed following set guidelines. Fire safety features like exits and extinguishers are in place. Residents are polite, and the best part, according to me, is the presence of a temple within the�society�itself.
The build quality of the society is subpar, with minor issues such as leakage present in the building. The maintenance team is actively working to address and rectify these problems. Additionally, it's important to note that this society is designated for family residents only, and bachelors are not permitted�to�reside�here.

The build quality of the apartments was excellent, as I never encountered any infrastructure defects during my stay. The fittings and fixtures were of a good standard. All necessary amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, clubhouse, turf, and kids' play area were available and well-maintained by the dedicated maintenance team. There was uninterrupted electricity and water supply 24/7, so essential needs were always met. Safety measures were in place, including the presence of guards and CCTV surveillance throughout the area. The community was cooperative, and various functions and events were regularly conducted in the society. Overall, my experience living in that society�was�excellent.
One of the main disadvantages of the society is the absence of nearby public transportation facilities. There is no metro or train station in the area, and the railway station is quite distant from the society. The only available option is bus services, which have very�low�frequency.

One of the drawbacks of that society was the build quality, which was not great. I personally faced a leakage problem, and there was seepage on one of the bedroom walls. During the rainy season, this issue became particularly problematic. Additionally, the walls were very weak, making it difficult to drill or�hang�anything.

The lift is available and maintained properly.
Security measures are particularly concerning, with reports of inadequate guarding leading to incidents of theft within the premises. The parking area, although available, is reportedly poorly managed or inadequate for residents' needs. Despite the high rent, the living conditions do not meet expectations.
