The good thing about this society is its location near the main road, with wider roads surrounding the community, making travel for residents convenient. Schools and supermarkets are within a 1km radius of the society, while hospitals are situated within a 3km to 5km radius. There are no issues with maintenance facilities due to the presence of a competent maintenance team across all departments, ensuring uninterrupted water supply and reliable power backup facilities. When I lived in that society two years ago, there was a rule mandating residents to pay a fee to the association in order to utilize packers and movers vehicles, which is not good. Furthermore, there were no public transportation options available nearby. The sunlinght inside the flat is also not great.

Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained, and the club house is also well-maintained in the society. The gym is well-equipped in the society. People are very cooperative and respectable. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. Power backup is available, and garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Facilities like supermarkets, malls, and vegetable markets are available within 100 meters from the society. Hospitals are available within 200 meters for emergencies. Ventilation in the flats is very good because the area is full of open spaces in the flats.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available but it's 2. 5 kilometers away from the society. Roads are not in good condition inside the city; there are some holes in the roads. There is a water issue in the society; water comes into the transformers, which is very inconvenient. There is no visitor parking area in the society. The kids' play area is also not maintained well; there are some issues like the lights not working outside flats in some areas, but they are not rectified immediately.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. The metro is under construction nearby, around 1. 5 kilometers away, and it will open in May. Facilities like markets, supermarkets, fruit shops, small restaurants, and chat band shops are available within 50 meters from the society. Parking area is spacious, and there is also a visitor parking area in the society for visitors. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 300 meters from the society, which is very convenient and within walking distance. Security is excellent; they always do good work and ensure safety in the society.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues in the building like external cracks in some areas and some leakage in the walls of the bedrooms. Greenery should be improved, and amenities maintenance should also be improved in the society.

Structurally, it features stone-tempered finishing and spacious, sliding windows for optimal ventilation. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, community hall, garden, amphitheater, kids' play area, and badminton courts. Additionally, there's a Shiva temple on-site. Maintenance is exemplary, with daily cleaning and hygiene upkeep, 24-hour power supply, and regular garbage collection. Lifts are well-maintained, and the society enjoys excellent connectivity to supermarkets, bus stops, vegetable markets, shops, petrol bunks, clinics, and ATMs within 500 meters. The road quality is good, with separate parking for residents and visitors, ample street lights, and cooperative neighbors who celebrate various festivals together.
Water issues have arisen in the society, causing inconvenience. Urgent attention is required to address this problem effectively and ensure a consistent and reliable water supply for residents.

Moreover, there's a reliable water and power supply, with periodic painting ensuring a well-kept appearance.
The street lights are not working, and outside, pollution is prevalent due to people burning garbage, leading to asthma and throat allergies among residents.

Connectivity within the society is convenient, with a bus stop located within a 10-minute walking distance, providing access to hospitals, supermarkets, and vegetable markets. Street lights are visible, and ample parking space is available. Residents benefit from an uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and reliable electricity. Cleaning and garbage collection are commendable, thanks to the availability of servants and maids within the society. Additionally, the people are friendly and cooperative.
In this society, the drainage system is inadequate, and the roads are in poor condition, posing challenges for residents and requiring urgent attention for improvement.

The construction quality is not very good; there are some seepage issues in the walls, which is very inconvenient. Hospitals are far from the society, between 2-3 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient in case of emergencies. Maintenance charges are a bit expensive. The quality of roads inside the society is poor, with full cracks and holes.

The flats have excellent ventilation, and there are no issues with leakages due to the high-quality walls, plaster, and construction standards. Location-wise, it is 2 km from the theater, shopping mall, bus stop, and petrol bunk. The road quality is good, and the street lights are working. Within the community, there are ample parking spaces and amenities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, basketball court, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, garden, and kids' play area. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative. Maintenance-wise, the premises are cleaned every day, and there is regular garbage collection, along with good power and water supply.
Traffic issues persist in the society due to inadequate parking, leading to congestion. Additionally, frequent vehicle movement within narrow lanes exacerbates the problem, requiring better management strategies.

There are 2-3 visitor parking spaces in the society. Vegetable vendors come to the society twice a week. There is a supermarket inside the society itself. Additionally, there is a Global Hospital nearby, within 100 meters from the society, and a nearby ATM is also very convenient.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The road quality is poor, and construction quality is also lacking, with issues like leakage and seepage in bathrooms and bedrooms, which is very inconvenient.
