What can I really say about Sidvin graceother than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Bengaluru. Location is the best part of project for me. All major highways, school, hospital nearby along with metro, railway station, my own office and more.

I have a 2BHK flat and interiors are spacious enough. Since the location is developing fast, the value of the flat will increase in near future. 24/7 security, water and good maintenance around make residing here worth. Every room is spacious enough and bathrooms have good fixtures. A good long-term residential project.

Many of the facilities are available in the Society and Nearby Facilities also Available Good Place for Stay with Family. I liked the interior space of each room and modern fixtures making it worth. It is truly the best project. I will get the best return if put on resale.

I own 3BHK flat and each room is spacious with balcony giving a wonderful view. The 24/7 security and water service is great. Also there are enough parking spaces. The price is quite high, but is worth for such amenities and grand project delivered.
