Good things here
Excellent connectivity with nearby public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs within walking distance. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently situated nearby. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring timely garbage collection and pest control. Lifts are available and well-maintained for residents' use. CCTV is installed throughout the society, enhancing the security system along with the presence of security guards.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems being prevalent. Additionally, essential facilities and amenities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not provided. The community atmosphere lacks friendliness among residents.

Good things here
Auto and bus transportation is easily available, and schools and colleges are conveniently close. The basic cleanliness of the society is well-maintained, and there is a playground for the kids. Plus, the neighbors are incredibly polite and humble, and the residents actively socialize with each other.
Things need improvement
Our society has several significant issues that need urgent attention. The walls of the buildings are developing cracks, and the paint is peeling off, which not only looks bad but could also lead to structural problems in the future. Additionally, there are no gym or swimming pool facilities, which are essential for promoting a healthy lifestyle among residents. While there is a park, it is poorly maintained and not enjoyable for use.

Good things here
It's easy to travel around because it's well-connected and has easy access to taxis and autorickshaws. The neighborhood's general population is nice and kind.
Things need improvement
There are serious maintenance difficulties, such as malfunctioning elevators, uneven energy supply, and garbage disposal issues. While there are some obvious issues like leaks and seepage in buildings. While there's only clubhouse, the area lacks amenities, which lowers the level of convenience and lifestyle options overall.
