Good things here
Connectivity options like cabs and auto-rickshaws are available in the society, and if we book Ola or Uber, they're accessible within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Power backup is available for common areas. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there are 2 visitor parking spaces. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are 2 grocery shops inside the society. Vegetable and fruit vendors are available thrice a week inside the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 600 meters from the society. There are 5 hospitals nearby, including 3 multi-specialty hospitals. There are 2 metro stations nearby the society. The street lights are working well in the society, and there are electrical battery street lights outside the society, which is very good.
Things need improvement
Water facility is poor, with 30% dependence on tankers and only 70% reliance on the boring water in the society. There are also some external cracks in the society, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
The ambiance is good, and there is CCTV coverage, making it a secure place. Connectivity-wise, within 1. 5 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. The road condition is good, and street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, they clean daily and collect garbage timely. There are no issues with water and power, and the lift is functioning well. Amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, and the apartments get good ventilation overall.
Things need improvement
Within the community, there are no supermarkets, which can be inconvenient for residents who need to travel outside the society for their grocery shopping and daily necessities.

Good things here
The society is immaculate and safe, which makes it a wonderful place to reside. We have a shopping complex nearby, with one being within walking distance. The neighborhood is fantastic, and our neighbors are friendly. Any issues we encounter are promptly addressed by the management team, and there are no maintenance issues like leaks or seepage. We also have access to a gym and a clubhouse, which are available with membership.

We have a shopping complex nearby, with one just a short walk away and another a bit further. The neighborhood is fantastic, and everyone is friendly. I haven't encountered any issues so far, which is great.

Good things here
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available within walkable distances. People are very respectable here. Water availability is very good, 24/7. Power backup is also available. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The greenery of the city is very spacious and well-maintained as well.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; there are leaks and seepages in the bathrooms, as well as some external cracks on the society walls. Cleaning should be improved on our side of the city. The parking area is congested and limited.

Good things here
The maintenance charges are justified. There was a leakage issue in my flat before, but it has been resolved now. Cleanliness is maintained well. We receive water supply 24/7. The residents are decent. The society has all modern amenities. Festivals are celebrated here. Autos are easily available from the society. There is sufficient greenery. The lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Near the society, towards Brigade IRV near the main circle, there are significant traffic issues. Due to this traffic, there is also a lot of noise pollution near the society.

The project is Vastu complaint. There is no connectivity problem reaching here. The construction of inside as well outside homes is of very good. The nearby railway station makes it easier to reach the destination in no time. Also, the bus/auto stand is available at a walking distance. The other amenities like shopping malls, grocery shops, ATMs, gym, jogging parks are available inside the society.

Pavani Sarovar Phase 2 offers facilities such as Gymnasium and Lift. Furthermore, well-constructed homes with modern designs and amenities make it more convenient and comfortable for residents to stay here. Parks, roads, and open spaces exist, but they must be maintained on a regular basis. In any case, there are no issues with connectivity, power, or water supply here. Security is also tight because security guards are present at all times and do a good job. The railway station can be reached in a few minutes which makes it well-connected.

Pavani Sarovar Phase 2 price ranges from 71.99 Lacs to 1.05 Cr. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes.

The size of the Apartment ranges in between 111.02 Sq. mt and 163.51 Sq. mt. The well connected society means that you can quickly reach your office or market as everything is nearby. The road condition is good with street light and may installed CCTV cameras. Even the railway station is very near to this place. All the major schools, colleges and other facilities like park, shops, malls, gym, grocery stores are reachable in a few minutes time.
