Society is right on the highway so all public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, mall, restaurants available around the society Area is quite good, street lights works properly. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. My flat is very spacious with good amount of sunlight in all rooms. Hygeine is properly maintained, garbage collection is done on time. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Water logging issues are managed by the society very well. Staircase and society is maintained and construction quality of the buildings are very nice with no damp and seepage issues. Plaster fittings are also good. Alloted Parking space is available for all residents. All kinds of amenities are available in the society, Gym, swimming pool, badminton court and club house are available and properly functional The community is very nice as people are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Guests parking is not available in the society. Parking has to be done outside the society. Parking space is limited. For using the amenities seperate charges has to be paid, it is not included with the maintenance charges. Issues that arise takes some time to be resolved. Timely paintings are not done for long time. CCTV is not installed by the society, residents has to install it. Maintenance of the lifts are not done on time. 2 lifts are available and timely maintenance needs to be done.

In the society, Ola and Uber can be booked online. There are no issues with seepage or cracks. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Water is available 24/7, and if there's ever a planned interruption, prior intimation is given by the society. Cleanliness is up to the mark. The ventilation in the flat is good, and sunlight comes in. Festivals are celebrated together.
Near the society, there's a highway, leading to traffic congestion. Most people don't follow traffic rules, especially trucks, causing concern for walking with children due to the lack of traffic signals or police. There's a significant leakage issue in the bathroom. The hard water causes damage to skin and hair, leaving white marks in the bathroom. Due to hard water, we have to install an RO purifier at home. The security is not efficient, and there is no covered or underground parking available.

Pets are allowed in the society. Residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Maintenance charges are justified. There is enough greenery, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7 and is clean. All modern amenities are present and well maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. There is ample parking for both visitors and residents. Autos are available nearby, and there is also a bus stop close to the society.
Bachelors are not allowed in the society. There is a minor issue with power cuts, and the society provides power backup only for common areas and lifts, not for the flats.

The society is connected to the main highway with parking facilities. Segregated waste disposal is in place, and lifts operate smoothly. Water and electricity supply are reliable, and ventilation is adequate. The community includes pet lovers, and residents are generally friendly.
There are issues, particularly for residents with 1 BHK apartments who lack parking. Some flats at the back of the society experience problems such as seepage and cracks. Amenities in the society are partially functional, with approximately 70 to 80 percent operational.

The society is connected to the highway. Ola, Uber, and all public transportation facilities are available. Auto and bus stands, as well as restaurants, are nearby. Garbage collection is done regularly. There is proper sunlight and ventilation. Maintenance charges are justified. Water is available 24*7, and there are no power cut issues. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. The society has open spaces. The people are decent. Open parking is available in the society.
Malls are not within walking distance. There is a traffic issue. About 3-4% of people face parking problems due to inadequate parking space. Garbage segregation is not done properly. Power backup is only available for common areas. Pets are allowed in the society, but some people have issues with pets. Some flats, which are 10 years old, have seepage issues.

Ample amount of water supply was available. smart bazar was nearby. auto and buses were at walking distance. no traffic nearby. no power cut issue. security was efficient. society was clean and peaceful. all festivals being celebrated. no construction related issues.
Only small shops were nearby no shopping mall was accessible nearby the society. restaurants were 2-3km away. power backup was only for common areas.

This society is just beside the highway so connectivity is big plus . society is very well maintained by the managing commitee. cleaniness is just top notch even though the security is very strick towards the rules. Rooms of the units are quite spacious and lots of open space is also there. All the cultural events are being conducted in the society. Build quality is great .
Parking is not given in basement like open parking space has been alloted for resident which is not that much protected for vehicles. club house of the society is quite small according to the residents.

Despite of the cow issue mentioned in the dislike section rest the society was very clean and well mentained. connectivity was never an issue. made time par aajati thi or flat bhi achchha bna hua tha all the amenities were available in the society but i was staying in that society for onyl the time of covid and when the lockdown striked so mai zada amenities explore nahi kar paya the personally.
So i was staying their on rent, the only problem was ki joh hmari balconey thi na uski side wall par cow's dump tha toh bohot smell aati thi us vajah sem jitne time ke liye mai vahan tha security of the society was not that good at all the guards were not generus at all and they had mygate application fir bhi usse dhang se use ni karte the with all the secutiry measures.

Allocated parking has been provided for the owner .all the modern amenities has been provided and maintained well.construction quality was top notch,no water logging ,leakage and seepage issues.
Visitors parking has not been provided though threre is space ouside the society to park.airport and railway station is 15 km away from the society.
