Good things here
The convenient location of the society, which provides easy access to malls, hospitals, and markets for daily needs. The low traffic in the area is a bonus as it ensures a smooth commute to work and other places. Additionally, the availability of public transport makes it easier to travel around the city without depending on personal vehicles.
Things need improvement
The delay in the project draws and the suspension of the builder's license by the government have caused a lot of uncertainty and frustration among residents like me. The lack of transparency and the issue of refunds not being processed in a timely manner have created a sense of distrust towards the builder. Moreover, the serious allegations and registered cases against the builder have raised concerns about the credibility of the project and its future prospects.

Location is great it is connected with 75 mtr and Dwarka expresway, schools are on a walking distance one mall is also there around 1 km from the project
Things need improvement
Nothing as compare to other affordable housing projects as it is conn well with expressway, and very near to delhi
