Good things here
Maintenance is good with power backups available. Garage allocations are efficient; they will collect waste and keep the streets consistent and clean. People are very responsible in the community. Every maintenance request is addressed immediately. People are very respectful and friendly. The construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building's integrity. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient for emergencies. Security of the society is very good and secure. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The greenery in the society is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Water availability is not good; the water quality is very bad and inconvenient. Public transportation is available for residents around 2 kilometers away, which is not very convenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society.

The community is away from the main road, ensuring a disturbance-free environment with low density and no pollution. It boasts numerous trees, greenery, and flowers. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and school all within 1 km. The road condition is good, and street lights are working properly. Within the community, there is ample parking space, regular daily cleaning, and proper garbage collection. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lift maintenance is efficient. Amenities include two badminton courts and a children's play area. The surrounding people are friendly, cooperative, and have good interactions with each other.
Things need improvement
There is limited availability of buses within the society, which could inconvenience residents relying on public transportation for commuting or daily activities outside the community.

Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Waste collection is efficient. Greenery throughout the society is also well-maintained. There is a hospital within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are conveniently available within a walking distance. People find the area very peaceful and spacious. There are no pollution issues in the society. Access roads are also well-connected, making commuting very convenient.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are many areas with leaks and seepage issues in the society. Public transportation availability is limited, which is inconvenient. There are no metro stations nearby in the vicinity.

Good things here
The building is 7 years old and the surrounding people are friendly. We celebrate many festivals together, including Onam, Holi, Diwali, New Year, and Christmas. In terms of connectivity, it is a 15-minute travel distance to the bus stop, supermarket, school, and hospitals. The area is in good condition, with proper street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, there is a good water supply, and the lift is functional. Construction-wise, there are no leakages on the walls, and the rooms are spacious.
Things need improvement
Without a two-wheeler, it's hard to go outside to access all amenities. Cleaning and garbage collection are not happening regularly, and many residents are not paying maintenance charges, leading to a lot of pending issues. Additionally, there are frequent power cuts.

Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup for uninterrupted connectivity via Facebook and other online platforms. Garbage collection is efficient, and they collect waste regularly, which is convenient. Amenities like a common area and gym are available. Parking is available for 900 rupees per month, which is reasonable. There are two supermarkets nearby, making daily shopping very convenient. There is also a nearby hospital within walking distance, which is convenient for emergencies.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, with plumbing issues in the flats such as problems with bathroom taps not working properly. Public transportation, like buses, is available around 3-4 kilometers from the society. There is no visitor parking within the society.

In society, cleanliness is done on time, and people are very helpful and cooperative. There are no issues with electricity, and there is a kids� play area. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, and others are well-maintained and functional, and the security is also good.

The main issue is connectivity; autos, cabs, and public transportation are not easily available. There are occasional problems with leakage and seepage as well.

The society faces challenges due to inadequate cleaning schedules and frequent lift malfunctions, impacting residents' convenience. Prevalent wall leakages and malfunctioning CCTV cameras compromise security measures, posing further concerns.
