Good things here

Maintenance is good with power backups available. Garage allocations are efficient; they will collect waste and keep the streets consistent and clean. People are very responsible in the community. Every maintenance request is addressed immediately. People are very respectful and friendly. The construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building's integrity. Hospitals are available nearby, which is very convenient for emergencies. Security of the society is very good and secure. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The greenery in the society is well-maintained.

Things need improvement

Water availability is not good; the water quality is very bad and inconvenient. Public transportation is available for residents around 2 kilometers away, which is not very convenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society.

Within the community, there is ample parking space, regular daily cleaning, and proper garbage collection. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lift maintenance is efficient. Amenities include two badminton courts and a children's play area. The surrounding people are friendly, cooperative, and have good interactions with each other.

Waste collection is efficient. Greenery throughout the society is also well-maintained. There is a hospital within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are conveniently available within a walking distance. People find the area very peaceful and spacious. There are no pollution issues in the society. Access roads are also well-connected, making commuting very convenient.

The building is 7 years old and the surrounding people are friendly. We celebrate many festivals together, including Onam, Holi, Diwali, New Year, and Christmas. In terms of connectivity, it is a 15-minute travel distance to the bus stop, supermarket, school, and hospitals. The area is in good condition, with proper street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, there is a good water supply, and the lift is functional. Construction-wise, there are no leakages on the walls, and the rooms are spacious.

Things need improvement

Without a two-wheeler, it's hard to go outside to access all amenities. Cleaning and garbage collection are not happening regularly, and many residents are not paying maintenance charges, leading to a lot of pending issues. Additionally, there are frequent power cuts.
