The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages. CCTV cameras are installed in all areas, and security guards are available 24/7 in the society. Water and electricity supplies are consistently available. The residents of the society are cooperative and supportive. Overall, there are no reported problems, and the society is well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team, providing a clean and hygienic living�environment.
One major drawback of this society is the lack of amenities such as a swimming pool or clubhouse. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial to have regular police patrolling nearby the society at night for�safety�reasons.

These areas require attention and improvement to enhance the overall living experience for residents.
The presence of seepage issues and the absence of additional facilities like a spa or jacuzzi in the clubhouse are areas that could use improvement for a more enjoyable living experience. Overall, Pioneer Park offers a decent living environment with room for enhancements in construction quality and amenities.

Society inside floor is well mentained, There is no garbage issue, as timely ragpickers pick up all the rags, Water supply is fluent, time to time water is supplied. Open space is there, small play area is there for kids. People are friendly in cultural events people celebrate happily together.
Currently we are facing traffic issue, it is not manageble. Roads cleanliness is not taken care of, they are very dirty most of the time. Street dogs issue is there. No gym, clubhouse, swimming pool is here.
