A lovely apartment with a gym, a badminton court, a children's play area, a lovely side garden, and a little swimming pool. Whitefield and the outer rind road are both roughly 5 kilometres away. Schools such as Euro Kid and Kidzee are also fairly close to the unit.

It's in a bad area, too difficult to get to, it looks like you're going to an unknown area even though it's familiar to you, roads in all very bad condition, from Whitefield main road around 5km inside, yet to develop that area, lift are not always working, those who stay there are kind of stuck there, and most restaurants refuse to deliver food there. Overall, it's not a good place.

The apartment is adequate for the price, however the connecting roads are inadequate. However, the approach roads are rather excessively narrow. Accessibility and public transportation are the biggest issues living here.

The apartment is good on a tiny scale. But the main concern is a lack of internet. On one side, it links with Varthur, which is virtually always congested during business hours, and on the other, it connects with Marathahalli, where present road and traffic conditions are deplorable.

My flat's entrance is 100-150m from the muddy Balagere road. The flat appears to be well-kept at first glance. Because it is now open on three sides, the space is breezy and well-ventilated (probably till another apartment comes up on either side). There is a little clean pool, an open badminton court, and a small gym in the apartment. Car parking is available on the bottom floor, which is advantageous because rain will not affect parked vehicles. There are a few shops within 5 minutes of the property. One would need to have their own vehicle as there is little transportation connectivity from here to other destinations. Overall, it was a nice apartment.
