Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society even auto and cabs are easy to approach around the society.Build quality is good as there are no leakage and seepage issues in the society.All the modern amenitties are available in the society.All the feativals like diwali,holi,ganapati etc is celebrated in the society.Society really neat,clean and highly maintained.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues in the society but the maintenance facilities can be imrove and cleanining should be done more frequently in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available near the society. The construction quality of the buildings average, a bit of seepage and leakage issues are faced in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Open spaces are available in the society
Things need improvement
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Road quality outside the society is not good. Gym and club house is not available in the society.

Good things here
Allocated parking space for resident and visitors.society is very well maintained,all the amenities and lift are functional.connectivity with local trasport is good.all the festivals are being celebrated,good socialism.

Public transport like bus stand and railway station is far away from the society.power back up connections has been given to common areas only.hard water supply is there in the society.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. People are educated, understanding and cooperative in the society. CCTV and lifts are properly functional.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments The build quality is not up to the mark in the society. Water quality is very bad for which bathrooms are getting damaged. Security guards are not available on all the wings of the society. Only one is at the main gate. swimmingpool is not maintained properly. water logging issues are faced sometimes in the society.

Good things here
There are minor issues with leakage or seepage, despite the society being 10 years old. The flats are well-ventilated. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents of the society are very good, and pets are allowed. Auto rickshaws are available near the society. The society is very clean, with a continuous water supply.
