There are significant drawbacks that impact community life and convenience. Connectivity is challenging, primarily due to the unavailability of metro and reliable public transport options nearby. This limitation hinders easy access to essential amenities and increases commuting difficulties for residents. Moreover, the social life within the society is lacking. There are few organized events and limited community engagement opportunities, which prevent residents from building a vibrant and cohesive neighborhood atmosphere. Additionally, while the maintenance and construction quality are exceptional, some residents might find them almost too perfect to be true, potentially raising concerns about sustainability and long-term upkeep costs. Timely availability of autos, cabs and public transport makes the connectivity of society quite good. No issues with water, electricity supply. People celebrates festivals together in the society. All amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society.
There are issues regarding seepage in the flats of the building which is a major issues to people. There is parking issue in the society, parking is not sufficient for the residents.

The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. Maintainance are done on time. Paintings are water proofings are done on time in the society. Parking spaces are available in the society. Visitor's parking space is also available in the society. The society is safe for kids and women. Balcony is available. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Sometimes traffic issues are faced around the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Maintenance is very good. all facilities like club house,gym,parking area, play ground all are there.
Swiming poll is not running smothly. for metro and you have to go atleast 12 km away from society.

Emaar Palm heights make us feel like VVIP at this project. Firstly, project is so much nature friendly. There is Swimming Pool, Business Lounge, School, Restaurant, Terrace Garden, Waiting Lounge, Sauna, Steam Room, Creche/Day care and everything you can think. Even restaurant and utility store is there which is big benefit. All security and safety feature is there like CCTV, 24-7 security personnel, fire fighting and more. WFH feel good with good mobile network, lovely view and so much greenery around. Safety level is good for neighborhood, wide roads are there with parking.

It was a project that hooked me from day one. The location will impress you in Gurgaon. The beautiful roads, safe environment, are key plus points. All you want is in the locality from the best schools and supermarkets to hospitals and restaurants. Waterlogging happens sometimes and maintenance needs improvement. Amenities are excellent with attractive project design and superior quality, CCTV and 24-7 security, power backup, and what not! Restaurant and utility shop is also present. It’s simply luxury living.
