The project is small and cosy and serves as an affordable alternative housing option. The complex is built well but is more of a humble housing compared to other such projects in the region.

Cleanlines of the public areas is the only downside I see for this project. The water supply and Ellectitrcily supply are fare and is not much of a concern.
