Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and we have reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. We enjoy well-maintained amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis courts, and kids' play areas in our society. Parking space is ample, including a designated visitor parking area. The greenery is abundant and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment.
The construction quality is poor, with leakages in the bathrooms and seepage issues in the walls of the bedrooms. The swimming pool is not well-maintained and appears to be dirty, lacking regular cleaning.

The neighborhood has a lot of greenery, with plenty of trees that make it look really nice. You can easily catch a bus within walking distance, which is convenient for getting around. The folks here are really friendly and welcoming. You won't have to go far for essentials like groceries or vegetables, as there are stores nearby. And if you have kids, schools are just a short distance away, making them easily accessible.
The water supply isn't reliable, so water tankers come into the society to make sure there's enough water, which is really handy. However, the maintenance staff have their hands full dealing with issues like leakages in the flats, which is made worse by the poor construction quality of the buildings.

Resident concerns are addressed swiftly, thanks to the efficient maintenance staff across all departments. And let's talk about amenities � they're top-notch. Plus, there's even a football play area for those who love a good game.

Unfortunately, amenities such as table tennis, badminton court, and cricket playground are not available, limiting recreational options for residents. However, other amenities are satisfactory. Additionally, there is some pollution around the society due to ongoing construction nearby, which may affect the overall quality of life for residents.

Moreover, the society has a dependable water supply and electricity backup system. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities within the society premises, including a gym, two swimming pools catering to both adults and children, as well as badminton and basketball courts.
During my time living in that society around 3 to 4 years ago, traffic congestion was very high due to the location, and there were some minor issues with construction quality.

Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with readily available plumbers and electricians within the society.
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the major problem was with the lifts. There were only 2 lifts in the building, and one was not functioning properly. The waiting time for the working lift was too high. We resided on the 18th floor, so during office hours, it was convenient.
