Good things here
Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and we have reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. We enjoy well-maintained amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis courts, and kids' play areas in our society. Parking space is ample, including a designated visitor parking area. The greenery is abundant and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with leakages in the bathrooms and seepage issues in the walls of the bedrooms. The swimming pool is not well-maintained and appears to be dirty, lacking regular cleaning.

Good things here
The neighborhood has a lot of greenery, with plenty of trees that make it look really nice. You can easily catch a bus within walking distance, which is convenient for getting around. The folks here are really friendly and welcoming. You won't have to go far for essentials like groceries or vegetables, as there are stores nearby. And if you have kids, schools are just a short distance away, making them easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The water supply isn't reliable, so water tankers come into the society to make sure there's enough water, which is really handy. However, the maintenance staff have their hands full dealing with issues like leakages in the flats, which is made worse by the poor construction quality of the buildings.

Within a 500-meter radius, residents enjoy convenient access to multiple malls, schools, hospitals, a bus stop, and a metro station. Additionally, an array of restaurants caters to diverse tastes. The road quality is commendable, complemented by properly functioning street lights. Adequate parking space is available, ensuring hassle-free parking. The society is meticulously maintained, with round-the-clock housekeeping services ensuring cleanliness and garbage collection. Elevators operate seamlessly, and the construction quality is outstanding, devoid of any cracks. The well-ventilated rooms enhance comfort, while amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, and various indoor games cater to recreational needs. Outdoor facilities include basketball and badminton courts, along with a community hall for social gatherings. The friendly and cooperative nature of the surrounding community adds to the overall appeal, making it a desirable place to reside.

The society experiences occasional traffic congestion due to its central location, with increased vehicular movement during peak hours, necessitating occasional traffic management measures for smoother flow.

What's more, vegetable vendors regularly set up stalls inside the society every two days, saving residents the hassle of stepping out for basic necessities. The maintenance here is truly commendable. Garbage collection, cleaning, and other services are promptly taken care of, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all. Resident concerns are addressed swiftly, thanks to the efficient maintenance staff across all departments. And let's talk about amenities � they're top-notch. From the swimming pool and clubhouse to the tennis, badminton, and squash courts, there's no shortage of ways to stay active and entertained. Plus, there's even a football play area for those who love a good game.

Residents are known for their friendliness and cooperation, coming together to celebrate every festival in the mini function hall within the society. The parking area is generously spacious, with designated visitor parking areas provided for added convenience.

Maintenance charges in the society are costly, which could be a financial burden for residents. The roads within the society are not well-maintained, impacting residents' convenience and safety. Unfortunately, amenities such as table tennis, badminton court, and cricket playground are not available, limiting recreational options for residents. However, other amenities are satisfactory. Additionally, there is some pollution around the society due to ongoing construction nearby, which may affect the overall quality of life for residents.

In this society, local vegetable vendors conduct stalls twice a week for residents' convenience. The connectivity to the metro station is excellent, as it is within walking distance. Additionally, a school and hospital are located within approximately 500 meters of the society. The society comprises two well-constructed buildings, free from any leakage issues, with good ventilation in the flats. Maintenance facilities are efficient, ensuring a steady water and electricity supply, while garbage collection and cleaning services are punctual. The association members are supportive, and the society has amenities such as a gym and swimming pool. Parking and security arrangements are reliable. Residents actively participate in celebrating festivals, with recent Holi celebrations being particularly notable.

The water quality within the society is poor, and there are no permanent shops such as grocery stores or pharmacies within its premises. Major amenities are lacking, and the existing ones are limited, yet the maintenance charges remain high. Additionally, there is no temple in close proximity to the society.

This society enjoys excellent connectivity, situated close to the main road with easy access to various transportation facilities including bus stops and the Hoodi metro station, all within a 1km radius. Additionally, within the same radius, there are international schools, educational institutes, and a TECH PARK, ensuring convenient access to essential services and amenities. Within 500 meters of the society, residents have access to supermarkets, vegetable shops, and clinics are there. The maintenance facilities are excellent with a reliable availability of staff across all departments including cleaning, housekeeping, electricians, and plumbers. Moreover, the society has a dependable water supply and electricity backup system. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities within the society premises, including a gym, two swimming pools catering to both adults and children, as well as badminton and basketball courts.
Things need improvement
During my time living in that society around 3 to 4 years ago, traffic congestion was very high due to the location, and there were some minor issues with construction quality.

This society's construction is well-designed because there is ample open space provided within for children to play, and everyone can easily navigate around the area. There are also excellent amenities available, such as designated play areas for children, a swimming pool, a gym, table tennis facilities, playrooms, and a basketball court, all of which are well-maintained with regular cleaning and checkups. The connectivity of the society is excellent, as everything is easily accessible within walking distance. Additionally, there is a bus stop, a metro station, various markets, and shops all within a 500-meter radius of the society. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with readily available plumbers and electricians within the society.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the major problem was with the lifts. There were only 2 lifts in the building, and one was not functioning properly. The waiting time for the working lift was too high. We resided on the 18th floor, so during office hours, it was convenient.

Garbage collection is efficient, with daily pickups at specified times. Maintenance is excellent within the society. Additionally, there is an international school located within 1 kilometer from the society, and the greenery within the society, with plenty of trees, adds to its charm.

The construction quality is not good, with issues such as leaks and seepages in some areas, as well as plumbing problems in bathrooms. Maintenance charges within the society are expensive. Public transportation options like buses are located quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. Additionally, hospitals are also situated far from the society, around 2 kilometers away.

Additionally, there are facilities for organizing mini functions within the society.
