Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer for locating at an extreme dry place.

As an IT employee, this place will be the best choice for me because this location is quite close to my office. The transport system is very good and cabs are easily accessible anytime from here. Many popular schools and hospitals are at stone's throw distance from this place.

Construction and design are up to the mark. Maintenance and service offers from the developer are very good. The area is very safe and luxurious. All the shopping centers, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and offices are nearby. Monsoon creates waterlogging and traffic jams sometimes in the area. I would love to move in with my family soon.
