Good things here

The society offers a range of well-maintained amenities including walking tracks, a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, courtroom, and playroom. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage reported. Security is robust, with comprehensive surveillance and stationed guards at the entrance. All major festivals such as Republic Day, Diwali, and Independence Day are enthusiastically celebrated within the society. Adequate parking spaces are allocated for both owners and visitors. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness throughout the society, maintaining a pleasant living environment for all residents.

Things need improvement

Near the society, auto rickshaws were not readily available, and bus services were located a bit further away. The local market was not adjacent, and there were no nearby shopping malls or restaurants. The society relied on water tanker facilities due to the lack of BMC water connection, which increased maintenance costs. There was only a small kids' play area, with no garden or park space provided. Additionally, the connecting road was congested and narrow, leading to traffic issues around the society.

Well connected with nearby markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, and colleges. the homes are beautifully constructed with all the facilities. Safety is of high level and you need not worry about the family members when you leave for the office or outdoors. There is good mobile connectivity here, and the road conditions are also good. There are no network problems, and the power and water supplies are both adequate. A project with good construction quality and cleanliness at a decent cost

The design of the project is like a windy house. 24-hour security with good connectivity and highly constructed homes are the few plus points of this project. It is completely safe for kids and senior people who require maximum protection. The transport facility is excellent we do not face any traffic jams here. Connectivity is great as all the major roads are connected well to this location. All famous institutes, hospitals, and schools are available nearby. It is a perfect residential place for working people as there is no issue coming late to home because of the high safety measures in the area.

Strategically located on NDA Road, the center of Aundh and Kothrud. This project is at a very silent and calm place where you would enjoy living with your family happily. The overall quality of the homes and other structures is good. 24-hour electricity supply, water supply, and maintenance are up to the mark. All the public transport options are readily available. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.

This project is at a good location and the prices are right. Strongly constructed homes with unique design as well good material used in bathrooms and kitchen. Transport and convenient commuting along with prime location are the three most important reasons why this project is so popular. There are malls, shopping complexes, markets, colleges, hospitals, and other amenities available within 2 km of this project. All types of flats are available here so, you can buy them at a reasonable price.

Night safety is good here and there are more markets here. Low pollution levels as there is a lot of greenery inside the premises. Such a peaceful and calm environment with fresh air and clean roads is something you can notice in this project. The connectivity is good as all types of public transports are reachable with a few minute's walk. Night safety is good, there is not much problem here and the work of new construction is also going on a lot, so there is not much problem.
