Good things here
One of the marvellous project by Lodha group. The residential township is spreaded between three huge towers. It is closer to eastern expressway and local railway station is available. It offers a clubhouse, gymansuim, swimming pool, banquet halls, outdoor/indoor sports facilities. Furthermore international schools, university, hospitals, police station, markets, public parks are in close proximity to this place.
Things need improvement
Very high maintenance charges and some funds like cluster funds and security deposits from tenant is high. With highly demanding society we often have to pay brokerage charges. Lacks frequent get together of it's residents to understand each other. Apart from above said stuffs everything is nice and pleasing.
