Good things here
The society is consistently clean and maintains high standards of hygiene. Timely and regular garbage collection services are provided. Electricity supply is reliable, ensuring uninterrupted power for residents. The society boasts a strong security system, including the use of security apps for added safety. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society and are fully functional, enhancing security measures. Residents feel safe during nighttime, indicating effective security measures. Lifts are available in the society, providing convenience for residents, especially those in multi-story buildings. Various amenities such as gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids contribute to a well-rounded living experience. Adequate parking space is allotted to all residents, ensuring convenience and avoiding parking issues.
Things need improvement
The main road is 3. 5 kms away from the society. public transports like auto, bus are not easily available outside the society, however cabs are available when booked. Otherwise you have to have your own car for easy travelling. The road quality is not that good. There is water crisis that are faced in the society. There is no proper notice about it, the management is saying because of summers it is happening but there is no definite time when this issue will be resolved.

Things need improvement
The main concern of this society is with water, there is no water supply. We are facing some issues with the water supply. The roads are not made properly outside the society for which connectivity is a concern as public transports are not available easily for roads which are under construction.

While the society has some good aspects, there are areas that need improvement. The connectivity could be better, as could the maintenance services, which are just about adequate. Although the construction quality is good, the amenities fall short of expectations. Moreover, while the people are friendly, there is room for a more vibrant and engaging community life

Good things here
The water tanks are cleaned effectively by the maintenance crew. Living here is comfortable because of the structures excellent ventilation and natural light. There's a garden, kids play area, pool, gym, clubs, park, security, and lots of greenery. The amenities are great. There are no significant problems, such as seepage or cracks, with the building. The neighborhood is decent, but there are too many people in it.
Things need improvement
There are no autos or cabs available, and the area has too much rush and traffic, making commuting difficult. The maintenance is not great, with poor cleaning and garbage collection. There is also a drainage issue that needs to be addressed.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained, with all necessary services like garbage collection and cleaning done periodically. The construction quality is excellent; there are no leakage or seepage issues, and there are no wall cracks in the building. All amenities, such as the gym, park, and swimming pools, are available and well-maintained. My neighbors are very kind and friendly.
Things need improvement
The main issue with the society is that the main connecting road is in terrible condition, and the concerned authorities are not paying attention to it. This causes great discomfort to the residents. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

Good things here
Travel is convenient because the society is well-connected, having cabs and train station. There is effective waste collection, frequent cleaning, and clean elevators. The maintenance is good. The facilities are fantastic and include a park, playground for kids, gym, swimming pool, clubs, and plenty of parking. I haven't really interacted with the locals yet, but the neighborhood seems OK and welcoming.
Things need improvement
Short journeys are less convenient because there are no driving services nearby. The buildings general construction quality is impacted by seepage, leaks, and cracks.

Good things here
The housing society is in a convenient location with the airport nearby, which is great for travel. There are no issues with construction, neighborhood, and maintenance, which is a relief. It's nice to have everything working well in these areas.
Things need improvement
Ola and Uber often cancel rides, which can be frustrating. The railway station being far away makes commuting difficult without reliable ridesharing options. The lack of amenities is disappointing. It would be better if there were more facilities available within the society.

Good things here
The market is nearby, and the school is also close by, so there's no need to travel far. The rooms and units are of good quality, and there are no issues with construction. In case of a power cut, the power backup kicks in within a second. All amenities are available, and parking is allotted to all residents
Things need improvement
If the roads are damaged, it leads to traffic congestion and waterlogging issues. Therefore, I believe the roads should be properly maintained. During the summer, water tankers are required in the society, leading to a shortage of water, which is another issue that needs to�be�addressed.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with the availability of Ola and Uber services. Maintenance is also good, with timely disposal of waste and garbage. The construction quality is decent, and there are ongoing improvements in the roads, which is a positive sign for the area's development.

The approach road to our society needs improvement as it is currently not in good condition. Furthermore, the street lights are not functional, which affects visibility and safety at night.

Leakage and seepage ka bohot jada issue raheta tha. Market schools colleges kuch bhi pass me nhi milta tha. Auto and buses bhi accessible nhi thi.
