Good things here
Hospitals is nearby. There is parking space alloted to all. Maintainance of the society is good and timely maintainance is done. Garbage collection is done on time. No major water supply and electricity issues are faced in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed. I didn't find any seapage problem particularly in my flat. Rooms are also spacious and ventilation is proper. Society celebrates all events and festivals. There is no pet related issues, society follows pet related rules. There are Facilities and Amenities like gym, club house are available in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is situated in outskirts, limited public transportations are available, we have to use our own vehicle or cabs for transportation. It takes 30 to 45 mins waiting time to avail any public transport. Quality of roads and street lights are not good, it's in a bad condition. There are no lifts installed in the society. Wet and dry waste are not segregated properly. Power backup is only available for the common areas. Gym is available but it is not functional at the moment. Swimming pool and olay area is not available.

Good things here
The society benefits from the availability of autos for easy transportation, and there are nearby markets and shopping malls for convenient shopping. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society, and celebrations within the society are lively. There are provisions for visitors parking and open spaces are available.
Things need improvement
There is a shortage of individual parking spaces in the society. During the summer months, water supply issues may arise, necessitating the use of tankers to supplement water availability. The presence of cracks in certain areas is a concern. Additionally, traffic congestion can be significant on the Pune Nagar Highway due to ongoing highway developments.

Good things here
The society enjoys excellent road connectivity and nearby access to public transport like autos, buses, and cabs. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness, with regular garbage collection and pest control. Functional lifts ensure easy access within the buildings. Amenities include a well-kept garden for residents' enjoyment.
Things need improvement
There are issues with leakage in the building, and there is no swimming pool available. Additionally, the railway station is located quite far away from the society.

Good things here
Maintenance and cleaning are done daily. The construction quality is very good. The gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are all present and well-maintained. We have covered and spacious parking. The Pune railway station is nearby, and public transport is easily accessible.
Things need improvement
However, there is no metro station nearby, so we have to spend more money on cabs. There is a playground, but it is very small, so children cannot play properly.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Hospitals are very near the society Proper power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. The construction quality is best in the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available.
Things need improvement
Metro station is under construction, it is not functional now. There are no impovrments required in the society as it is a new society.

Good things here
Auto and cab services are available outside the society, and a large hospital is being constructed nearby. The cleaning is excellent, and there are no issues with water supply. The residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Sometimes during heavy rainfall, there can be issues with water logging. The market is a bit far from the society, so one has to go a little distance to buy vegetables and fruits. Overall, there are no complaints about�our�society.

Society is located on the main road ,so the connectivity of the apartment is big plus.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.Apartments are build new so build quality is great as of now.
Things need improvement
This society is best among all other societies of wagholi,society is working very much smoothly and no other flaws in the apartments to dislike.

Good things here
I used to live there before Covid, and it was a good society to live in. Ola and Uber were easily available, but I personally preferred using my private vehicle because there was no traffic around the society. The cleanliness was well-maintained with timely garbage collection. I lived on the 6th floor, and there were no seepage issues there. The flats had good ventilation. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and indoor games were available on the premises. The lifts were working fine, and each resident had an allotted parking space. The society used the MyGate app, which was nice.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I felt in that society was that its location was a bit secluded. For public transport like autos and buses, you had to walk a bit to reach the main road.

Good things here
The roads outside the society were in good condition. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. People were nice, and the flats were well-ventilated. Water was available 24/7, and both auto rickshaws and buses were accessible.
Things need improvement
There were no modern amenities, and it was a standalone building. There was no fire exit, and parking had to be done outside as there was no parking within the society.

Education facilities are easily accessible here. The surroundings are spotless. There are several of locations for early- or late-night walks. There is a playground here for kids. Here, renting a house is simple.
