Its not safe outside after dark and that is a big issue as there are so many bachelors living here who come late at night or leave late night. The public transport also don’t run at night so they have to use private cabs which is quite costly and still unsafe.

There is limited parking space which means people have to park there vehicles outside which is not safe. Even the visitors do not get a parking space which causes ruckus in the society on a daily basis and people still don’t know the solution to it yet.

The place is close to the RV Road Metro Station on green line of Namma Metro and its only 4 Kms away. Public transport is very reliable as we have shared autos and buses and even cabs like ola uber has great service here.

It’s a very good place to live in this area but still has a lot of issues residing as the power backup is the biggest one there is no generator so when the power goes we have to wait for sometime to get it back.

Residents even suffer from water scarcity and in summer its horrendous and people have to rely on water tankers which is time consuming and is overpriced. There is a need of water source as soon as possible.
