Some negative factors that I must include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. Most of the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. People have been reported that frequent power cuts happens in this place and it will be matter of disturbing for my husband to continue his work from home.

For me, it is one of the best township projects completed in Bengaluru with most of the amenities as they promised. The major growth of Bengaluru drivers is the booming IT sector that is generating numerous jobs. My husband is an IT employee and for him, it will hugely satisfactory to reach his office in time. The transport system over this place is quite good. So I think it will not create any issues for us to go anywhere. Several schools, hospitals and malls are at very close distance from this place.
