Spacious homes considering the price Outer parking has good shed covering and are well lit There is a side entrance that helps residents get back home while avoiding the nightmare traffic that awaits you every single day at the front gate The biggest saving grace is a very dedicated group of committee members who work really hard to keep the society functioning the way it does. . Close proximity to hospitals, malls Good cover of trees throughout the society. Cera sanitaryware fittings are quite rugged and withstand the hard water attack quite well.
Things need improvement
No proper water supply and always have water concerns. Foul smell in the flush water and society doesn't care about the complaint. Electricity issues during Summers and no power backup. Too noisy most of the time due to outdoor parties every month. Always a shortage of water

Good things here
The neighborhood stands out for its friendly atmosphere, and the society is pet-friendly. Other facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available within the society. The society is well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no issues with water supply.
Things need improvement
Connectivity suffers from inadequate auto availability during peak times, which can inconvenience residents reliant on public transport. The construction quality, though generally good, initially faced issues with leakage and seepage, although these have since been addressed.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great , cabs , autos and public transport are easily available , no issue regarding parking . Water and electricity supply is timely . No major issues of leakage , seepage . Amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse and park are available . The environment of society is great with good security facilities . People celebrates festivals together , mostly families.
Things need improvement
There are some cracks in the apartments . Maintenance of amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse or park can be improved . There issues regarding pests in the society.

Power cuts were not a concern, and there were no reported issues regarding seepage or leakage, which enhanced the comfort of living in the property. Residents enjoyed a steady water supply without facing any water crisis. Effective security measures were in place, contributing to residents feeling safe and secure within the community.
Things need improvement
While maintenance efforts were not particularly proactive, the overall cleanliness of the premises remained satisfactory. However, amenities such as a swimming pool and gym area were not available within the premises.

The maintenance services in the society are commendable, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. Seepage and leakage issues are not a concern, indicating good construction quality. Water supply and electricity are available 24/7 without any notable issues.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is poor in the area, lacking autos, cabs, and with the railway station located far away. Moreover, there is a lack of amenities such as a garden, play area, pool, gym, clubs, or park within the society.

Easy accessibility to autos and cabs, Metro station is nearby, parking facilities are also available, all the amenities such as gym, swimming pool and playing area are available and they are well maintained. people here are very friendly and society culture is good.
Things need improvement
I face water supply issues here. Most of the time, water supply isn't adequate. There are also cracks and seepage problems sometimes. Apart from this, everything is well maintained.
