Hospitals and schools are both easily accessible by foot. It's also the safest location to reside, although the atmosphere isn't great due to the chemical plant. Almost all amenities are available in this region. You don't need to go to malls to shop since Ulhasnagar's local market has a wide range of products and commodities at reasonable prices. The nearby chemical industry harms the environment. Also, on alternate days, traffic jams are often unavoidable. Also, there are no malls in this region; if you want branded clothing, you must travel to Kalyan, which is 10 kilometres away.

Birla Vanya is a residential project in Mumbai's Shahad neighborhood. Shahad City is a faraway location if you want to reside near Mumbai or Kalyan. Is only two stations from the megacity of Kalyan, which is only 10 minutes away by local rail. Also close is the famous Gajananad market, where you may find anything at a very low price. Automobiles and buses are also on the move. There are no issues with power or the network here. Colleges, schools, and a hospital are all within walking distance. The streets are nicely illuminated. And rents are affordable and convenient.

On the highways, the project is effectively connected to the market station. It's not far from Kalyan Murbad Road, after all. The project, which is presently under construction, was handed over on June 24. The model apartment is suitable for families seeking a low-cost choice with enough outside space. To be sure, it's a bustling neighbourhood. A fantastic mix to provide us a good apartment and a wonderful place to live.

The roads are decent, and the rentals in this neighborhood are lower than in other parts of Mumbai, with excellent street lighting. There are no power or water outages, and the network coverage is excellent. Also accessible on the go are ola and uber. There are also buses and taxis available. The railway station is also close by, as is Gajanan Market, a well-known market where you can purchase everything. A good location to stay at a reasonable price.
