Good things here
RERA approved project. Gated Society, has clubhouse, kids play garden area, power back up. All big festivals are celebrated together. Almost all are decent neighbors. Society is safe even during night time as we have 24 hrs security. Good for entire family to live, including kids and pets. Quality of construction is good. Overall maintenance is very less per house.

Things need improvement
Nothing as such. Very minor issues which can be present in any other society. As all are row houses, most of the residents are good, so not having much issues in understanding.
