Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is excellent, especially when booking through Ola and Uber. People are friendly and appreciative. Maintenance is consistently good. Construction quality is very high, with no issues like leaks or damages. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are well-maintained. Parking areas are well-organized. Visitor parking is also available. Elevator maintenance in the community is excellent. Overall maintenance is satisfactory.
Things need improvement
Metro stations, available around 3-4 kilometers away from the site, can be inconvenient to reach. There are no traffic issues outside of this area. However, cleanliness should be improved.

Good things here
Living here is very convenient with autos, cabs and public transport. The society's construction quality is great with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it gets good ventilation and sunlight. Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The amenities are fantastic with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The neighbours are friendly and celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
I absolutely love living here. The quality of the amenities and the overall convenience make it an incredibly satisfying experience. I have no issues here at all.

Good things here
No issues with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation.
Things need improvement
There are no issues with the society , every facility is available in the society and are well maintained . Its been a great stay here so far . No issues have been faced.
