The security system within the society is commendable, with available security guards who maintain a vigilant presence. Elevators are consistently well-maintained, ensuring smooth functioning. Garbage collection is punctual, and hygiene standards are upheld diligently. The gardens are meticulously tended to, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings. Residents enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply without any issues. As a car owner, I appreciate the provision of designated parking slots, ensuring convenience for all residents. Moreover, the road quality outside the society is excellent, complemented by properly functioning street lights. The community spirit within the society is remarkable, with friendly and sociable residents who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Timely paintings add vibrancy to the surroundings. Additionally, the society's pet-friendly policy allows for a harmonious coexistence of pet dogs without any reported issues. Furthermore, the mobile network connectivity is reliable, facilitating seamless communication for residents.

Things need improvement

I rely heavily on public transportation for my daily commute, but unfortunately, accessing it from outside the society is a major challenge. Auto buses are scarce, and only rickshaws can be found nearby. Additionally, seepage and leakage problems plague many of the flats, indicating poor construction quality. It's disappointing to note that essential amenities like the swimming pool remain non-functional, and the gym is inadequately maintained, with limited equipment available.

Living in our society offers great connectivity, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible nearby. We've got everything we need right around the corner, from local shops to supermarkets and schools to hospitals. Plus, we never have to worry about water or power supply�it's always reliable. Whenever there's an issue, the society is quick to respond, whether it's structural repairs or just sprucing up the surroundings. Hygiene is a top priority, and the cleanliness standards are consistently maintained. I've been fortunate not to encounter any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, thanks to the excellent construction quality. Security is top-notch, with guards, CCTV cameras, and well-maintained elevators ensuring our safety. My flat even has a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. And with amenities like a garden, play area, and open walking tracks, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind. The community here is incredibly friendly and understanding, making it feel like home. Plus, parking is never a hassle with ample open and basement parking available.

Public transport is convenient, with a bus stand just 200 meters away. The society's location is excellent, near a shopping complex, Mart, KFC, Dominos, and several call center offices, attracting many tenants due to office connectivity. Maintenance is well-managed, with a monthly charge of around Rs. 3500 for a 2BHK flat covering various facilities. The society, over 15 years old, has ample funds for resolving issues promptly. Residents enjoy a close-knit, friendly environment, and new tenants quickly feel welcomed. Regular celebrations, such as Holi, and a monthly fund of Rs. 200 for festivals and occasional road repairs further enhance the community spirit.

The metro is not yet operational. As the society is over 15 years old, there are issues with leakage and seepage that are typically resolved after multiple complaints. Past problems with tubelights and LED lamps have been addressed. However, there are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or kids' play area in the society.

The society is relatively small and lacks festivities or cultural events. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym are absent. The lift is aging, and there's no nearby metro or railway station for convenient transportation. Moreover, the absence of an emergency fire exit is a safety concern that needs to be addressed.

Auto rickshaws were conveniently available near the society for transportation. We enjoyed 24/7 access to water, and the society maintained cleanliness diligently, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were not just present but also well-maintained. Flats were adequately ventilated, and the residents were exceptionally friendly.

There used to be a major issue with leakage, but it was recently fixed. Public transport and the metro station are easily accessible nearby. The charges are very nominal, just Rs. 2000. Issues are resolved quickly, and the lifts are well-maintained.

The connectivity around the society was quite good, with amenities like D-Mart, restaurants, and other facilities nearby. Public transport, including auto-rickshaws and cabs, was readily available. Maintenance was good, with timely cleanliness and power backup, preventing any issues during power cuts. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and the services provided were satisfactory, considering the charges. The environment was also pet-friendly.

Due to the old construction of the society, there were significant issues with seepage. Limited amenities were available due to the age of the society, and the drainage system of the building had problems, leading to waterlogging during heavy rains. Improvement in these areas was necessary. Additionally, parking space was slightly insufficient compared to the number of flats, so there should have been more parking space available.

Good things here

The best part is that the auto and bus stops are very close by. Tap water comes twice a day, and utility water is available 24/7. The society is well-maintained and the people are really nice. All major festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri are celebrated with enthusiasm. Security is top-notch with visitor entries tracked through apps.

Things need improvement

There's no sunlight in the house at all, so you have to keep the lights on all the time, whether it's day or night. There's a bit of an issue with leakage. The society is quite far from Thane station, so if you have to commute, it'll cost you around 120 rupees daily. If you catch the bus at 7, due to traffic, you'll only reach home around 9. Family time is pretty much non-existent due to the traffic; you spend around 4 hours just stuck in traffic. There's no parking available, so you have to park your car outside. And as for amenities, there's hardly anything worth mentioning.
