As the society is located on the western line of the city, all essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and movie theaters are easily approachable. Additionally, cabs and autos are readily available nearby. The build quality is excellent; despite being an older construction, there are no issues with leakages, and the building remains secure. The rooms are of standard size and well-designed. Security is robust, with facilities covering all areas and guards stationed at each entrance. The building's maintenance is exceptional, with regular upkeep ensuring the lifts are well-maintained and cleaning services operating around the clock. Electricity supply is reliable, and the residents are cooperative, contributing to a pleasant living�environment.
Things need improvement
The roads within the society are quite narrow, leading to significant congestion during peak hours. Additionally, the entrance is often obscured by numerous vehicles parked outside, causing inconvenience for residents. The maintenance team has not taken adequate measures to address earthquake preparedness. The society lacks amenities, with only a badminton court, hall, and garden available. Water shortages, particularly during summers, are also a concern. Furthermore, the parking area is limited and restricted to certain owners�exclusively.

The standout feature of this society is its excellent connectivity to Malad, Kandivali, and Andheri, making it highly convenient for those working in these hubs. The availability of metro, auto, cab, and other community transportation options enhances the ease of commuting. The locality is excellent, with a nearby railway station adding to the convenience. Living as a tenant, I found my owner to be very cooperative and responsive. Any issues were promptly addressed by approaching the maintenance team. The build quality is impressive, with strong and sturdy walls and high-standard fittings. Plumbing issues were non-existent, and the overall maintenance of the building was top-notch, thanks to an efficient team dedicated to upgrades and upkeep. The society has well-maintained lifts with regular servicing. Resident safety is ensured with the presence of guards, and there is a reliable 24-hour water and electricity supply. Overall, my experience in this society was�very�positive.
Things need improvement
Based on my experience living in that society, one of the major drawbacks is the absence of modern amenities that are essential for today's generation. The society only has a park and walking space, which falls short of the amenities expected in contemporary�communities.

The build quality is excellent, and during my stay, I did not experience any issues with leaks or seepage. The fittings are of good standard, and there is a reliable 24-hour electricity supply. Security is robust, with staff present at the entrance 24/7 in two shifts, and CCTVs covering all areas. The society celebrates all festivals, fostering a sense of community. The residents are helpful, and the society is surrounded by greenery. Bachelors and pets are allowed, provided pet owners follow cleanliness rules. Overall, while the society has many positives, my living experience was�just�average.

Based on my experience living in that society, it was not great due to several issues. The water supply was insufficient, and frequent cuts in water supply were inconvenient. Garbage collection was irregular, with pickups sometimes occurring only every 2 or 3 days, forcing residents to store garbage in inconvenient places. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was poor, and amenities like a swimming pool were not available; only a park�was�accessible.

The community members are cooperative and friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together within the society, fostering a strong sense of social cohesion. Overall, the social environment in the society is highly positive�and�enjoyable.

Power backup facilities are available only for common areas in the society. Unfortunately, there is no railway or metro station nearby. In terms of amenities, the society lacks basic facilities and only provides lifts and parking areas. This is a family residency, and bachelors are not permitted to reside�in�the�society.

The team ensures timely renovations and conducts necessary repairs, resulting in the best possible build quality. Rooms are spacious, well-designed, and fully functional. The quality of roads within the society is excellent. Residents are cooperative and friendly, and community functions are celebrated together. The society features a beautiful and well-maintained garden area. Elevators are also well-maintained with timely�servicing.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawbacks of the society is the presence of a nearby slum, which is unpleasant for residents. Additionally, the parking area in the society is extremely limited, leading to long queues and congestion around the parking slots. Furthermore, there are no amenities available within the society; it lacks basic facilities apart from a small parking area and a lift provided �by�the�builder.

The quality of the approach is very well developed, and the railway station is around 1. 5 km away from the society. The build quality is excellent, with no infrastructure defects. The rooms are spacious, with proper ventilation provided. Fire safety features are available, and all major precautions have been taken. For the safety of residents, guards are stationed at the entrance, and CCTVs are installed in all areas. Garbage is collected on a daily basis, keeping the society neat, clean, and well-maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply. The residents are very cooperative and helpful, contributing to a well-maintained�society.
Things need improvement
This society lacks amenities due to its old construction. The lifts are not well maintained and occasionally stop between floors. The number of guards is limited compared to the size of the buildings, and overall maintenance of the building�is�low.

Security apps are available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Power backup is available. Plumbing and other facilities are in good condition, thanks to the diligent maintenance team. The residents are cooperative, with no conflicts among them. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted to enter the society, enhancing the overall security�and�comfort.

This is primarily a family-oriented residency where bachelors are not permitted. Additionally, there is no parking area or amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or park within this society. Some individuals are feeding stray dogs near the temple, which poses risks and should�be�addressed.
