Good things here

The society is conveniently located with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is excellent with easily available public transport options. Garbage collection is regular with wet and dry segregation. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. There is consistent electricity and water supply, and the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.

Things need improvement

The absence of a swimming pool is a downside. There is a seepage issue, but efforts are being made to fix it. I don't have much interaction with the neighbours due to my busy schedule as a working professional, but they are generally nice. The charges are high because of the water costs, but the facilities provided justify the price. Other than these points, everything is fine.

Good things here

Parking space is properly allotted. Auto-rickshaws are readily available, but I have my own vehicle. Flats are properly ventilated, and there is plenty of sunlight. All modern amenities are available, and there is open space. There is separate parking for visitors. It's a pet-friendly society. There is a fire exit. Water is available 24/7. There are no cracks in the flats.

Things need improvement

The roads outside the society are not good; they are narrow. Maintenance charges are high. There is traffic on the approach road. There is occasional power cut. Power backup is only for common areas, not for flats.
