This society boasts excellent connectivity, particularly near clinics, schools, and a bus stop. Maintenance standards are high, with reliable access to water and no power outage issues. Construction quality is top-notch, and amenities such as the clubhouse and pool are well-maintained. The community people are friendly and cooperative, and there is ample space and open areas within the society.
All the facilities are provided for everyone, everything is well-maintained. There is nothing to dislike about society,

The surroundings boast abundant greenery and ample space for peaceful walks even at night. Within a 5 km radius, residents access excellent amenities like theaters, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. Lift maintenance is diligently handled. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, club house, and children's play area are well-maintained. The educated and sociable residents actively participate in community interactions, celebrating festivals like Ramadan, Holi, Diwali, and New Year.
Residents have experienced theft; one incident resulted in stolen jewelry. CCTV coverage is inadequate both indoors and outdoors. Health hazards include poor ventilation, cracks in walls, and ineffective pest control in bathrooms. Cockroach infestations and unpleasant odors plague common areas like the walking track. Management's irresponsibility exacerbates these issues.

The amenities are very good in the society; the kids' play area is very spacious. The swimming pool is also well-maintained, and the clubhouse is spacious. The gym is well-equipped in the society. There are two different play areas in the society. The flat is very spacious, around 1800 square feet. Ventilation of the flat is very good in the society. The greenery of the society is very beautiful. Garbage collection is done daily in the society. Water facility is also very good in the society, and power backup is available too. Maintenance of the lift is also good in the society. "
"The construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in bathrooms, and the flushes are not working properly. Maintenance charges are expensive. When we moved out from the society, the owner gave us very little advance money, which was very disappointing. "

The good thing about this society is its amenities, such as a well-equipped children's play area, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse for celebrations. The construction quality is commendable as no issues have been found thus far. Moreover, the society celebrates all festivals except Eid. And also 2 to 3 schools are near the society.
The major problem in this society is irregular garbage collection, which is a significant concern for residents. Furthermore, several amenities lack proper hygiene, indicating poor maintenance practices. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high, and there is a lack of nearby hospitals.

Maintenance services are of the highest standards, ensuring good resolution to issues related to elevators, electricity, plumbing, and any other minor complaints. Furthermore, daily garbage collection is diligently carried out. The construction quality and structure of the society are excellent, providing excellent ventilation in each flat. Residents enjoy an array of amenities within the society premises, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and top-notch sports facilities such as badminton courts, tennis courts, and cricket pitches. Additionally, there are three to four parks available for everyone to relax.
The society is located on the main road, so there are plenty of traffic jams due to heavy vehicles passing through constantly. Additionally, the roads are quite damaged.

Each flat has reliable power backup, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Construction quality is high, though ventilation varies by location. Amenities include a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, badminton and volleyball courts, a grocery shop, a play area, and ample parking.
The disturbances were due to there being a cloth factory nearby and also four mosques around the society.

Construction quality is commendable, evidenced by the absence of major leakage complaints from residents. Ventilation is notably efficient in all the larger flats. The amenities provided, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor games area, and children's play zones, are meticulously maintained and undergo regular hygiene inspections. Local vendors conduct vegetable stalls regularly, complementing the convenience of an in-society grocery store. Maintenance services, such as regular cleaning and uninterrupted water supply are excellent.

Transportation options such as cabs and autos are readily available. The construction design is excellent, featuring spacious balconies and good ventilation for each flat. Additionally, the amenities are commendable, with a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and well-maintained play areas.
This society's outside environment is not good because of pollution and small construction is ongoing because of this it is always noisy.

Garbage collection is very good. Schools nearby the society are very convenient. Ventilation in the flats is very good; there is ample free space. There is a lot of greenery in the society. Facilities like grocery shops, markets, and supermarkets are available within 1/2 km from the society, which is convenient.
The amenities like the swimming pool are not maintained well in the society because the water quality is very poor. The maintenance of the gym is also very bad as the equipment is broken. There are instances where tank cleaning is done without any prior information, leading to water stoppage. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. While cabs are available in the vicinity, they refuse to come inside the society or demand extra money if they do. The construction quality is also poor, with seepage issues in the bathrooms. The flush water in the bathrooms smells bad because recycled water is used, which is not ideal.
