Good things here
The society has good connectivity and reliable maintenance, with working lifts and timely cleaning. The construction quality is solid, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative, with residents celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
However, there are limited amenities, with only a garden and a clubhouse available. The gym is not well-equipped, there is no swimming pool, and parking is limited. These shortcomings can affect the overall convenience and satisfaction of living in the society.

Good things here
Public transportation and markets are available nearby. The society is constructed nicely with spacious flats. Maintenance is great; they come to check regularly, and if there is any issue, they resolve it quickly.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool available in the society, and though there is a clubhouse, it is empty inside. The issue is people being very harsh with animals, there is a communal dog problem where people don't care for them or feed them, and this is what I dislike the most. At least everyone should help feed them.

Public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the society. Traffic issues are minimal around the society. Maintenance services are very good, with timely cleanliness and hygiene being maintained. A park, small garden, small gym, and club area are available in the society. Elevators work properly, and maintenance is regularly done for them. There's both basement and open parking space. The people are overall good and social in the society, and all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society has a good crowd.
Things need improvement
Facilities and amenities like a swimming pool and play area are not available in the society. The construction quality is average, and issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. However, the society takes care of it, and maintenance is done regarding these issues.

I am quite satisfied with my living experience in this society. The connectivity is excellent, making commuting easy. The maintenance services are outstanding, ensuring that everything is well taken care of. The construction quality is solid, and the people here are very friendly, which makes for a welcoming community atmosphere

While there are many positive aspects of this society, there are a few areas that need improvement. Despite the excellent connectivity, maintenance, and construction quality, which all have high ratings, the amenities are lacking. This significantly impacts the overall experience, as more and better amenities are needed to match the high standards set by other aspects of the society

Good things here
The society is really good and people are also kind and cooperative. The people who manage the place really care about making it nice for everyone. Getting around the area is easy because they've arranged buses, auto-rickshaws and taxis. They've also planned things carefully so that important places like markets services, and schools are close by and easy to get to. Also, there's a big park that makes the area even nicer. Kids can play there and make the neighborhood feel even better. But what really makes living here special is how friendly everyone is. People are always nice to each other, which makes it a happy and close community.
Things need improvement
There are no major problems, but amenities like a gym swimming pool and clubhouse should be added to the society. Otherwise everything is well-maintained.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Main road connectivity is good of the society No such electricity issues are faced in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are sometimes available but sometimes it's not. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Water supply is not good in the society. electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is not good in the society, water logging issues are faced. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Gym is avilable but it is of no use, the equpements in the gym are not working. Other facilities like swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society. During covid time major rudeness was faced by the socity by the people. they are irresponsible towards the society.

Cabs, autos and metro are easily available. Lifts are in working condition. People celebrates the festivals together.

It's an old building, so problem like seepage, leakage are frequent. There is no swimming pool available in the society.

The society is conveniently located near a mall, and public transportation options like cabs and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible. The construction quality is good, and members of the society collaborate to repaint when needed.There haven't been any issues with water supply, and the residents of the society are quite friendly. CCTV cameras are installed for security, and the security service provided is reliable.
Things need improvement
Everything else in the society is good, but there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available here.

Connectivity accha hai society ka, public transport mil jata hai. Auto mil jata hai, buses bhi ab start ho raha hai. Metro bhi paas me hi hai. Spacious baclonies are there in every flat of society.
Things need improvement
Market door hai thoda society ke. 17 saal purana hai society, toh construction quality toh average hai ab, society kaafi purana dikhta hai. Leakage/seepaga ka toh thoda bohot problem hai.

Good things here
Construction quality was great as there was no construction defects in the apartments. Rooms were spacious and noice proof. Good security system in the society,All the areas were under cctv survilance. Crowd of the people was good like they were friendly and helpful,no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities in the society like no swimmimg pool,gym,kids ,play area etc. There was area for the parking but that was too small according to the residents. Public transport facilities like railway station and bus stop is far away from the society but local transport was easy to approach near by the society.
