Good things here
There was a swimming pool, gym ad graden that is free to use and there is also a good culture of indoor sports having basketball court inside that only.There is also a clun house where you can organize your small parties and events and the socitey is completly well managed having ample of parking space and spacious flats with proper flow of water in rainy seasons without any clogging situations.
Things need improvement
There is not any thing that anyone will dislike about the socitey but i will only say that security system should be improved and cars that are parked in thte socitey should be parked in the parking only and rest everything is good.

Good things here
I appreciate the convenient access to public transport and the well-built roads around the society. Despite the peak-hour traffic on the main road connected to the Delhi-Meerut highway, getting in and out of the society is relatively easy. The maintenance standards are commendable, with proper cleanliness and greenery. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool add value to the community. The society's initiative to host festivals fosters a strong sense of community spirit among residents.
Things need improvement
However, I find the narrow road connecting to the highway problematic, causing significant traffic congestion during peak hours. The reliance on groundwater due to inconsistent water supply and the expensive power backup solutions are concerning. Moreover, while security measures are in place, the maintenance fee seems steep, especially considering the ongoing construction that causes noise and dust pollution within the society. Additionally, the lack of upkeep of amenities is disappointing, detracting from the overall living experience.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is excellent, with availability of public transport options nearby. Market areas are also available. Maintenance is fine. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. The neighborhood is very friendly and cooperative to the extent that the society environment feels like home.
Things need improvement
I found it challenging to identify any dislikes, as all services provided by the society are satisfactory.

Good things here
Shifted 3-4 years ago, transportation connectivity was satisfactory. No water supply and logging issues. construction quality was fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There was swimming pool, parking area and gym in the premises. CCTVs and Elevators were installed.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality was poor, like the hygiene was not maintained. Inconvenience due to presence of rats, cockroaches and other insects in the kitchen and washrooms areas.

Society is very well maintained an kept very neat and clean and is there is any issue raised it is resolved very quickly by their in house team
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit prolem as there is no nearby metro station. The only way to travel is either by a presonal vehicle or by public transport.

Good things here
The building is of excellent quality, and there is a reliable power backup system in place. Residents enjoy uninterrupted electricity and 24/7 water supply.
Things need improvement
The overall connectivity might be good, it seems there are issues with specific aspects like the absence of nearby bus stands and metro stations. Additionally, maintenance in the area is lacking.

Connectivity like public transport is easy to catch ,cabs ,auto also there.
Things need improvement
To reaching metro you have to go 8 km and 4km to railway station. seepage problem arises on the wall.

Well connected app metro station and bus stand is only at a ten minutes walking distance, it has an high end market located in the society.

No power back up in this society and also not maintained amenities, no cleanliness there

Connectivity is all over good in this society, bus stand nearby the society and metro also on walking distance and public transport is easily available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is very poor, and not so many amenities like other society have , no swimming pool and no gym in this society.

Good things here
Lived there 3 yrs. ago. Auto, buses & rickshaw everything was available. Maintenance was good, it was regularly cleaned. CCTV and Lift were installed in the society and the overall environment of the society was good. Seelan and seepage was not an issue. Water logging was not an issue. For drinking purposes we'd buy bisleri. Water supply was good. Amenities like gym, pool and clubhouse were ther e in the society and they were well maintained. Neighbours were friendly and cooperative. All festivals were celebrated.
Things need improvement
Metro station was not nearby, had to take auto to go to the nearest metro station, which was Vaishali. Market area was okaish, but medical shops were nearby. All the shops near the society sold very costly items, so it would be better if medium range shops were also close by the society.
