The construction quality is robust, providing peace of mind to homeowners with sturdy buildings that withstand the test of time. Furthermore, the society boasts excellent amenities. Residents benefit from a wide range of facilities including parks, gyms, and community centers, enhancing their quality of life significantly.

There are a few areas where the housing society could improve. Despite its strong points, the social life within the community is mid. While amenities are plentiful, fostering a stronger sense of community through organized events and social gatherings could enhance residents' interaction and satisfaction. In the society, everything was running smoothly without any issues. The community is known for its friendliness and cooperative spirit, while the amenities are consistently well-maintained.

Good things here
The society has easy access to autos and rickshaws. Malls, markets, and local grocery stores are all nearby. Festivals like Ganpati, Diwali, Navratri, and Holi are celebrated very well here. The society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, and indoor games. It's well-ventilated with no issues like seepage, and the construction quality is good. Garbage collection is timely, and cleaning is well managed. The lift, CCTV, and security systems are well maintained. Both uncovered and covered parking are available.
Things need improvement
However, during heavy rains, there can be waterlogging on the road outside the society, which sometimes leads to water entering the complex. Otherwise, everything within the society is very good.

Good things here
The society maintained a high level of cleanliness and enjoyed a consistent water supply. There were no problems with leakage or seepage, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Residents lived together harmoniously and celebrated all festivals as a community. Auto rickshaws were easily accessible nearby, adding to the convenience of transportation for residents.
Things need improvement
The local railway station wasn't conveniently close; it took around 20 minutes to reach there. Additionally, the area hadn't yet been introduced to metro services.

Good things here
There is no seepage issues in the apartment, the walls are sturdy and no leakage as well. You easily get auto rickshaw and cabs in the society. People of the society are genuine and there is a metro station nearby for easy transportation.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with door knobs of the flats and the labour is non responsive to fix that. Society is not pet friendly and they cause little trouble for people who have pets when it comes ot open spaces. There is no swimming pool and the clubhouse has been shut for the longest time now

Connectivity of the society is great,local transport is available easily and even though no water logging issues during rainy seasons.Society is very well maintained and all the amenities like Gym, Swiming pool, Squash, Tennis court are functional.Cleaniness is top notch in the society.Allocated parking space for owner and visitors.Social activities and festivals are being conducted in the society.power back up facilities are there in the society.Local railway station at 5 min walking distance

This Property is old Construction of the apartment has become old infrastructure, so minor leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.
