THE PROPERTY IS NEAR TO AN UPCOMING BULLET TRAIN STATION AND WORK IS IN PROGRESS IT IS ALSO A GOOD INVESTMENT IF ONE HAVE TO MAKE THE AREA HAS A TEMPLE SO THE CULTURE IS ALSO MAINTAINED
