We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is a significant advantage, ensuring there are no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the flats are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available, adding a sense of safety.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The building doesn't have elevators, which can be inconvenient, especially for the elderly and those living on higher floors. Additionally, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are not available, which is a bit disappointing. The neighbors aren't very cooperative or friendly, which affects the community vibe. Improving these aspects could make living here even better.

Even if there are issues like leakage or seepage, the society committee promptly resolves them. Issues within the society are quickly resolved. There are no problems with water or electricity. The residents are good and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well maintained.
The society does not have malls nearby; malls are 4-5km away. Power backup is provided only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. The society has a gym and swimming pool, but they are free only for residents of buildings numbered 1 to 16; residents of other buildings have to pay to use them.

Connectivity of the apartment was good as there were good schools and hospitals near by the socety. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. Build quality was good as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. During pendemic managing commitee was too active and prompt for helping out residents.
As i spend my time during covid time and amenities were not functional at that period of time. Power back up is available for common areas only like lift and lights.
