Good things here
Living here is quite convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, which is well-organized and ensures everyone has a space. Connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps the surroundings clean and hygienic. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is a significant advantage, ensuring there are no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the flats are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available, adding a sense of safety.
Things need improvement
There are a few areas that could be improved. The building doesn't have elevators, which can be inconvenient, especially for the elderly and those living on higher floors. Additionally, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are not available, which is a bit disappointing. The neighbors aren't very cooperative or friendly, which affects the community vibe. Improving these aspects could make living here even better.

But there are a minor inconvenience regarding public transportation. Residents need to walk approximately 1 km to access public transport options. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall convenience and living experience in the society.

Thwre was everything okay maintenance were also nice cctvs and elevators are working properly. Tamenities should be added in the society which was not there

Cleanliness in the common areas is one the thing which can be improved as because of that very foul smell comes causing inconvenience and many diseases could be spread.

The connectivity is good, with autos and buses readily available near the society. Daily use items can be found near the society. Even if there are issues like leakage or seepage, the society committee promptly resolves them. Issues within the society are quickly resolved. There are no problems with water or electricity. The residents are good and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well maintained.
Things need improvement
The society does not have malls nearby; malls are 4-5km away. Power backup is provided only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. The society has a gym and swimming pool, but they are free only for residents of buildings numbered 1 to 16; residents of other buildings have to pay to use them.

The surroundings boasted ample greenery, and parking was ample and designated for everyone. Cleanliness was maintained admirably, and water supply was uninterrupted. There were no concerns about leakage or seepage. Daily essentials were conveniently available nearby, and the roads nearby were in excellent condition, with autos and buses easily accessible.

Power backup is available for common areas and lifts, but not for individual flats. Malls are not nearby; they are situated around 4-5km away from the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment was good as there were good schools and hospitals near by the socety. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. Build quality was good as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. During pendemic managing commitee was too active and prompt for helping out residents.
Things need improvement
As i spend my time during covid time and amenities were not functional at that period of time. Power back up is available for common areas only like lift and lights.
