Good things here
During my time living there, I found no issues whatsoever. Everything functioned smoothly, from the ease of getting around to the quality of maintenance and construction. The amenities provided were comprehensive and served the needs of the residents well. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience of living there.
Things need improvement
While the overall experience was great. I had no issues with Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities, or Neighbourhood. Everything was on point.

Good things here
I appreciate the good connectivity and the easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and having a market nearby is very convenient. We have a regular supply of electricity and water, and the elevators are installed and well-maintained. Inside the apartments, proper ventilation is provided, and there is regular garbage collection with effective wet and dry garbage segregation.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor, with frequent seepage issues inside the apartments. Additionally, there are no amenities in the society except for a play area. The neighbors are average, with some causing disturbances. I also believe that the security in the society could be improved.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with decent public transport and acceptable road access. It maintains a clean environment with reasonable security measures. The neighborhood offers a pleasant atmosphere as people are friendly over there
Things need improvement
Its not a proper society its more of a chawl , single rooms flats are there , sophisticated infrastructure . No amenities are there not even a park . So its not a society its a chawl

Good things here
Connectivity in this society is good . Parking space is sufficient here, it can accommodate the vehicles of all the residents. We can find Autos, cabs and rickshaws easily here. People here are good and engaging. There is no issue regarding construction, we don't face any issues like seepage or cracks either. Ventilation is quite good in the flats. Maintenance facilities are also okay with lift facilities available and cleanliness is properly taken care of.
Things need improvement
There is a problem regarding water supply. The supply of water gets restricted for 7-8 hours once in a week. Apart from this, there are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is excellent. There is no issue with public transport, making it easy for daily commuters. Everything is conveniently nearby and easily accessible. There have been no problems with water or electricity in the society. Residents enjoy convenient transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which make it easy to access essential services and facilities nearby. The society's spacious park contributes to its charm by providing a welcoming environment for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among its residents

Maintenance was very poor. There was an issue with construction quality. People in the society were also not cooperative, and there were issues with sealing and seepage. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not available

Connectivity-wise, the society is excellent, with nearby markets providing essentials and medical shops, and public transport readily available. The neighbours create a warm and welcoming environment due to their friendliness.
Things need improvement
However, there are significant issues with mismanagement in the society. Most residents are from the economy class, resulting in a surrounding that is not kept clean. Garbage collection is very poor, and the construction quality of apartments is also low, with frequent seepage issues. There are no amenities in the society, and even the garden is not maintained. Parking is a major issue as there is open parking with no adherence to rules, causing congestion and lack of space for bikes.

Good things here
This society has great connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are good and there is no traffic issue. Prices are affordable and its a basic society to live in as people are friendly here making a peaceful environment in the society .
Things need improvement
The amenities are lacking with no children play area, swimming pool, or clubs. Some issues are not solved on time. Size of buildings is small which makes the place sophisticated to stay.

Good things here
As a former resident, I have noticed significant improvements in the connectivity of the area. Buses are now easily available, making commuting much more convenient. Additionally, the manager is very responsive and quick to address any concerns or issues
Things need improvement
Living here has been quite frustrating due to several issues. Garbage disposal is not done timely, leading to an unhygienic environment. The lifts do not have power backup, causing inconvenience during power outages. The plaster is coming off in some areas, and there are persistent problems with leakage, seepage, and water blockage. Additionally, there is no gym, pool, or clubhouse, and the garden is very small
