Good things here
Society is good for living, social invironment is good. they celebrate multiple festivals on society level, good for renters as 60% flats in the society are rented
Things need improvement
vvSeepage issue is there in most of the flats, commute can be a issue too as there is heave traffic due to narrow roads and ongoing metro construction.
