I like the park of the society and people living nearby are cooperative also .

The connectivity of the society is not that much good as metro station is not nearby and can not get public transport easily .

Good things here
Cabs and other local transports were there. Swimming pool was there. People were great.
Things need improvement
Seepage problem was faced by the people especially during monsoon. Water logging was also a major issue.

The society is spotless, and we've got a playground and a clubhouse. The building quality is top-notch.
Things need improvement
They really need to step up the maintenance game, and the power cuts are a bit of a problem that needs fixing. While there's power backup, the cost at 18 Rs/unit isn't affordable for everyone.

Good things here
The construction quality in the community is excellent, and you've got all the essential amenities right there in the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Tall buildings in the neighborhood cause mobile network problems. Inside, there's no mobile service, and it's a bit tricky to find autos or buses just outside the society.

Everything's solid in the society – the construction quality is top-notch, and the unit size is pretty decent for the price.

There's no metro station close to the community; you've got to travel quite a distance to reach one.

Good things here
Living in this well-kept society is a delight. The construction is sturdy, and there are no problems like seepage. We've got all the essential amenities, and they're well looked after. Plus, the neighbors are fantastic – we have a blast celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
We're a bit far from the city center, and the nearest metro station is a good 25 km away. Public transport exists, but it's not very reliable, especially considering the condition of the roads.

I bought a flat for my husband and kids. Overall the project is pretty good with quality construction, amenities, location, and space. I am thankful I invested in this project.

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Simply put. He has given me everything I wanted to live at this price. Indoor game room - billiards/snooker table, carrom board, table tennis, foosball table and swimming pool plus everything I needed nearby.
