Good things here
The people here are very nice, friendly, and cooperative towards each other. There is a dedicated kids' area with various swings and amenities. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no ventilation issues. All amenities such as gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The residents are also very cooperative. Parking is not an issue, which is a big plus. The lifts also work properly. Overall, it sounds like a well-functioning and pleasant place to live!
Things need improvement
The main issues here are the poor quality of water, which increases the chances of skin diseases among residents. Additionally, the roads are not in good condition, and sometimes there are ventilation problems. Salty water is also a recurring issue. The infrastructure of the society needs improvement and attention.

Good things here
Committee members are active and respond very well if you need any help. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, and schools. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, cricket pitch, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they clean thoroughly and collect garbage daily. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift functions well.
Things need improvement
People in the society need to participate in the annual meeting. This involvement is crucial for discussing community issues, planning events, and ensuring everyone's needs and concerns are addressed.

Good things here
T The transportation connectivity is good, with easy availability of autos and cabs outside the society. The roads are in good condition, and the ventilation in Q block is excellent. There is no seepage, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. CCTV cameras and security services are available, and the people are friendly. Garbage is disposed of daily in the morning in a segregated manner, and the society is well-planted.
Things need improvement
There could be more plantation to enhance the greenery. Although Q block has only 3 and 4 floors, having only one elevator can sometimes be insufficient.

Good things here
No leaks or seepage difficulties have been reported at any point in the society's construction. The structure is quite sturdy and has no flaws, and the guards are on duty round-the-clock to provide superb security. Buses and autorickshaws are often accessible, and the community is well-connected. To reach these, residents don't need to go far.
Things need improvement
There are no problems because all the businesses and services you need are easily placed nearby. All the services and facilities are available to the society's residents, who are happy with everything. They have no problems adjusting to society.

Good things here
The society has ample greenery, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The lifts are in good working condition, and the residents are decent. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks. Autos and buses are easily accessible. The maintenance charges are justified.
Things need improvement
The society has its own borewell and a Kaveri water connection. However, during summers, there is still some water shortage, requiring the use of water tankers.

Good things here
Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time and there are proper coverage of cctv and security in the society. Auto, Bus, metro are easily available nearby the scoeity and they do not need to walk so much. swimming pool and gym are there in the society.
Things need improvement
There is less greenery outside the society there should be more trees outside the society, there no proper roads in the society. There are leakage and seepage issue in the building .

Good things here
Auto and cab services are easily available, parking is available both in the basement and outdoor, good ventilation, garbage is regularly collected, the gym, clubhouse, and play area are spacious, and people are friendly. Security and CCTV are present.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of traffic near the society, the elevators are old and not well-maintained, the amenities are not well-maintained, and there has been no painting done in the society since 2018.
