I'm fortunate to be living in a community where the construction quality of our buildings is top-notch. I haven't experienced any seepage or leakage issues in my flat. Additionally, the ventilation is quite good, ensuring a fresh and comfortable living environment. I appreciate the efforts made by the society to manage waste effectively by collecting dry and wet waste separately. It shows a commitment to environmental sustainability that I admire. Whenever there are issues, the society management is quick to resolve them, which contributes to a sense of security and well-being among residents. Outside the society, the road quality is excellent, and functional street lights ensure safety, even during the night. Having allotted parking space is a convenience, and the lifts are reliable, with timely maintenance keeping them in good working condition. The presence of CCTV surveillance and security guards adds an extra layer of security, which is reassuring.
I find it challenging that people in our society aren't very friendly. It creates a less welcoming atmosphere, which can affect our overall sense of community. Moreover, it's disappointing that essential amenities like a swimming pool and gym are not available. These facilities would greatly enhance our quality of life and provide opportunities for recreation and exercise. The poor connectivity and lack of power backup are significant inconveniences that disrupt daily life. It's frustrating to deal with unreliable services and frequent disruptions. Additionally, the water issue is a major concern. Access to clean and reliable water is essential for our well-being, and any issues in this regard need urgent attention.

The neighbors get along well and like getting together to celebrate holidays. The public transportation system, which includes cars, buses, and taxis, is easily accessible across the society. There are markets, hospitals, and schools nearby, and the roads are in decent condition. The buildings have enough ventilation and are well-built, free of termite infestation, seepage, and cracks. There are available, well-kept modern amenities such a clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, garden, and gym. For safety, there are security guards and CCTV cameras, and the elevators operate smoothly. Each homeowner is assigned a specific parking space, and regulations are faithfully adhered to. There's consistent water and power supplies, as well as regular rubbish collection that separates dry and wet waste. 4
As a resident of the society, I haven't encountered any issues because everything is meticulously maintained and looked after. The management ensures everything runs smoothly, so I don't see any need for improvements or have any dislikes about the society.

The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues related to leakage. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. The society had 24x7 water and electricity supply, as well as allocated parking for owners and visitors. There was ample greenery around, creating a peaceful environment. The people in the society were cooperative, and all festivals were celebrated with enthusiasm. �
The society is not particularly friendly to bachelors, as there are numerous rules and regulations that must be followed by single residents. Additionally, the location of the society, set back from the main road, makes transportation challenging and accessing essentials requires traveling to a supermarket that is a bit far from�the�society.

The society is connected to the highway. Ola and Uber bookings are available in the society. There is no seepage or leakage in our flat. The residents are decent. All modern amenities are available in the society and are well-maintained. Water is available 24/7. Daily garbage collection takes place in the society, keeping it clean. The lifts are well-maintained.
The road around 200 meters from the society is in poor condition. There is no auto stand near the society. There is no parking available for visitors in the society. The maintenance charges are high. There is some traffic issue around the society.

I have no issues at all with anything in this society. The construction quality is top-notch, and the maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping everything in order. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport like Ola, Uber, and cabs. The neighbourhood is friendly, and all the amenities are well-maintained and available. Security, including CCTV and parking facilities, is also well-managed.
I have no issues at all with anything in this society. Everything is well managed and perfect here with no issues in Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood.

There are no leaks or water seepage problems in the bathrooms or flats, suggesting that the buildings were constructed using high-quality materials. The cleaning and water supply are well taken care of, and there are no issues with public transportation. The security within the society is also reliable.
Even though we have a backup power supply, power cuts can still be annoying. The roads outside our society are in bad shape, causing pollution and flooding during the rains. The gym is not well looked after, and we often have water shortages in the summer. Plus, there's no proper parking for visitors, which can be a hassle when they come over.

Autos, buses, and everything else are available within a 5-minute walking distance from the society. Ola and Uber are accessible. There are no pollution or traffic issues around the society. Garbage is collected daily, and segregation is done. We have installed solar panels in our society, which has reduced our electricity bills. Our society has a conveyance deed, which is not present in all societies. We also practice rainwater harvesting. We celebrate all festivals together. Water is available 24*7. There is a temple and a garden in the society. We have fire exits and fire extinguishers. Our society is earthquake-proof. Flats are properly ventilated, and sunlight comes in. The air is fresh. There is plenty of space for walking. There is visitor parking. The lifts are well-maintained, with cameras installed. People are very friendly, and we celebrate all occasions together
The road outside the society for about 200 meters is a bit rough. The committee members are all working individuals, so it takes some time to resolve issues. The society is not pet-friendly. There is no swimming pool, and there is no basement parking

This residency has a water conservation facility and not only that the residency has well maintained roads. The residence has a sewage treatment plant. The residency offers a good well structured apartment.

Sai Aamrai has a gymnasium in the basement of the apartment. An air conditioned swimming pool is bearing the sign of luxury. The apartment has a children's playground and a tennis court.

This apartment has a high livability score. Not only that , there are two super shops, which reside just outside of the complex. There is a multigym and a swimming pool in the compound.
