Good things here
Good quality roads, quiet and safe locality, low maintenance costs, no power cuts, 24/7 water supply, gas pipeline, great connectivity to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane via both railway and highway.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Low traffic
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water
Nice park and kids playarea
Things need improvement
No marking for four wheelers. However, there's parking for two wheelers. There are no other concerns with the society.
