My experience here is really great as living in this neighborhood offers a host of positive aspects that contribute to a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. Firstly, the sense of community is strong, with friendly neighbors who are always ready to lend a helping hand in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Additionally, the area boasts excellent connectivity, with various modes of public transportation readily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The well-maintained roads further enhance accessibility. Essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making daily tasks more manageable. Each resident enjoys designated parking spaces, ensuring orderliness and fairness. The buildings are equipped with elevators that are regularly serviced, ensuring smooth and reliable vertical transportation. Moreover, the consistent supply of electricity and water, along with the high construction standards, ensures a comfortable living environment free from issues like seepage or termite infestation. The well-ventilated and meticulously finished interiors further enhance the overall quality of life. Lastly, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Despite these positive attributes, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. One notable issue is the lack of compliance with garbage segregation practices among some residents. Despite guidelines promoting segregated waste disposal, some individuals continue to dispose of unsegregated waste, which may impact cleanliness and environmental sustainability efforts. Encouraging greater adherence to waste segregation guidelines through education and enforcement measures could help address this issue effectively.

Good things here
The society is located in a prime area with multiple nearby shops providing all essential items. There are chemists and a supermarket close by. One of the best aspects is the excellent connectivity: the airport is very near, bus services are frequently available, and local transportation is easily accessible. The metro is just 5 meters away, and the railway station is 3. 5 km away. The approach roads are well-developed, and the apartment build quality is excellent, with spacious halls and no issues of leakage or seepage. The society offers allocated visitor parking for owners. Garbage is collected daily, and cleanliness is well-maintained. Security is robust, with CCTVs in all areas, guards at each entrance, and security staff present day and night in each wing. Fire safety features are in place, including fire extinguishers. The society has various well-maintained amenities, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. Tenants can use these amenities without extra charges, but they need to provide a letter and agreement paper to the maintenance team to obtain�an�access�card.
Things need improvement
This was one of the best societies in the area, and I did not face any problems during my stay. Although the rent was a bit higher, it was justified by the excellent facilities and amenities provided. Power backup was allocated to common areas, ensuring uninterrupted service in spaces like lobbies and other shared�facilities.

Good things here
The apartment's build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All amenities including the main floor, clubhouse, kitchen area, gym, and garden are functional within the society. There is uninterrupted 24x7 electricity supply without any power cuts. Safety is ensured with security guards available at the entrance and throughout the society. The residents are friendly, and various events and functions are celebrated within the society. Cleanliness is maintained with daily garbage collection. Overall, the society is characterized by its friendly atmosphere and well-maintained�facilities.
Things need improvement
The quality of the approach road around the society was very underdeveloped. This led to numerous problems such as waterlogging during the rainy season and congestion during certain times. In terms of connectivity, the society was situated a bit inside from connecting roads, requiring a short walk to reach local transport such as auto or cab on the connecting road. Additionally, there was no nearby metro station. The society also faced frequent issues with water supply during�that�time.

Connectivity was good nearby the society Everything was easy to access construction quality was also good ensuring there are no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. They offer attractive amenities such as a gym and a well-maintained clubhiuse reflecting their emphasis on quality. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
Overall there were no issue with anything everything was good and well maintained. But the road quality and street lights should be maintain in the society. Despite this everything was good.

The connectivity is good, with easy access to various transportation options. Elevators are installed, adding convenience. The maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything is in working order. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues at all. The amenities are outstanding, with a swimming pool, gym, garden, small children's playground, clubhouse, and basketball court all available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly, contributing to a welcoming and supportive community. Power backup is available, ensuring there are no disruptions during power outages.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. Traffic is an issue, especially during rainy days and water logging problems. Overall, these are some minor inconveniences faced by me.

My experience in the society has been excellent; the society is absolutely perfect. Everything is maintained very well, with garbage collection done on time and excellent cleanliness maintained throughout the society. The flats are well-ventilated and spacious, receiving proper sunlight, and there are no issues with water leakage. Amenities are also available, and the connectivity is very good. The roads around the society are of good quality and remain intact, and public transport is easily accessible, including autos, rickshaws, cabs,�and�buses.
Things need improvement
According to me, there isn't much that needs improvement, but the gardens are quite small. There should be larger playgrounds for older children to play in. Other than that, the society�is�very�good.

Society is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. people are very cooperative and celebrate all festivals. all local transport is nearby, school, collages, malls, restaurants are at walking distance. security is properly organised. visitors have special visitors parking. society has power backup for whole building. no construction related issues. all modern amenities are present and well maintained. Water supply is for 24*7.
Things need improvement
Due to construction work, there is air pollution issue. sometimes there is issue of power cut and traffic issue, in monsoon season there is water logging on the main road.

Nayi management team sab kaam bohot acchese kr rahi hai, choti choti chijon ki taraf dhyan de rahi hai. abhi humare society ke samne hi naya auto stand banaya gaya hai, connectivity bohot acchi ho gayi hai. sari modern amenities like gym , swimming pool, play area , garden sab hai and well maintained hai. pani 24*7 available hai. power backup pure building ke liye hai. sare celebrations achese hote hai. flat me koi bhi crack ya leakage nhi hai. log bohot ache hai . security acchi hai.

Society ke piche ka road bnana jarui hai vaha pr school ke time pe bohot traffic hota hai. society ke pass monsoon season me water logging ke vajahase bohot traffic jam hota hai. kbhi kbhi power cut hota hai.
