Good things here
Awarded as the best society, it is easily accessible by public transport. Despite its age, there are no issues with leakage or seepage. However, the society lacks a play area or garden. The residents are decent and cooperative, and festivals are celebrated enthusiastically. Additionally, the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Construction work for the metro near the society's roads is causing nearby traffic issues. Unfortunately, the society lacks modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

There is a soothing and calm atmosphere around this place. Pure fresh air is here due to the presence of nature here. There is a separate place for teengers and children to spend their time.

Management of this place takes care of the cleanliness and other facilities nicely. Amenities around this society are quite good. There are mainly 1 Bhk and 2 Bhk flats available around here.
