Good things here
The roads are good, parking is available, garbage segregation is done, the lift is functional, there is no seepage (except on the top floor), and the people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
The road behind the building is not good, there is no parking for visitors, there is a bus problem despite having a station, and the gym and clubhouse are not in good condition.

Additionally, the road and street lights are effective, enhancing safety, especially since our society is situated on the main road. Residents benefit from proximity to malls, markets, and grocery stores, making daily errands convenient. Adequate parking is allocated for all residents, and comprehensive CCTV coverage ensures security throughout the premises. The lifts operate smoothly, contributing to residents' convenience. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings is robust, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage. Ventilation in my flat is excellent, and the drainage system within the society functions efficiently. Mobile network connectivity remains reliable, without any notable issues. Our society boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. Residents foster a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, often coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Additionally, there are no significant issues related to pets within the society.
Things need improvement
Regrettably, our society does not have a gym facility for residents to utilize. This absence may affect individuals who rely on gym equipment and resources for their fitness routines.

Every day there is garbage disposal and bldg cleaning, garden maintained everyday with watering and trimming. Good people and communal surroundings with gathering for each and every festivals.

Potholes on roads connecting to Aundh cause traffic congestion and hinder residents' commutes. Defunct streetlights along several stretches of Aundh pose risks for motorists.
