Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Park is available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Mobile network issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is average, water logging issues are faced in the society which needs to be improved. Paintings are not done on time.

Things need improvement
Park is available but not maintained properly, Dog's shits are all over the park. The owners does not maintain the parks. Street dog issues are faced a lot inside the society premises. Greeneries are not maintained properly. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is not good. Maintainance are done by the tenents Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Lift is not available in the society.

Moreover, the society offers facilities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area for kids, fostering a friendly and cooperative community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society faces frequent power cuts due to the absence of power backup. Additionally, occasional water supply issues result in water not being available at all times. Outside the society, poor road quality contributes to major traffic issues. Unfortunately, amenities like a swimming pool are not available.

Things need improvement
However, challenges include limited parking space, which can be inconvenient for residents and visitors alike. Hygiene standards also appear to be a concern, indicating potential cleanliness issues within shared areas. Surprisingly, despite its spaciousness, the gym facility seems to have shortcomings, possibly in terms of equipment availability or maintenance.

Good things here
Connectivity to the area was excellent, with easy availability of auto-rickshaws and rickshaws. The market area was also nearby. The buildings were kept clean and well-maintained, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. There was a small park within the society premises. The neighbors were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Festivals were not celebrated in the society, which wasn't a significant issue for me. There are no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or pool within or near the society. Traffic is common everywhere in Delhi. Additionally, there were no CCTV cameras or installed lifts in the society.

Paani ke liye bahar se tanker aata hai. Saaf safai hoti hai. Public transport accha hai, nearest metro bhi hai. Food delivery apps delivery karta hai. Log acche aur understanding hain society ke.
Things need improvement
Maintenance nahi hota hain acha society mein theek se. Lifts nahi hai society mein kyuki society 3rd floor tak hi hai. Built quality sahi nahi hai, saari building ki halat bahar se kharab hai, plaster hat raha hai, andar se bricks dikh rhi hain. Seepage ka problem bhi sunne me aaya hai, mere yaha toh nahi hai. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse kuch nahi hai as these are DDA Janta flats.

Society's water was very good, location wise the society is very good, Gym is available in the society.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool around the society and the metro station was a little far away, due to which sometimes there was a little problem in going to the metro station because even public transport was not available outside the society, one had to go a little distance.
