You have a reliable water supply without any issues, and the high-quality construction of buildings prevents problems like seepage. The sense of community is strong, with friendly and cooperative neighbors who come together to celebrate cultural events.

Things need improvement

The distance to the nearest metro station may inconvenience residents who rely on public transportation, and the limited parking space can cause congestion. Improving maintenance and amenities, such as better upkeep of common areas and more efficient management of resources, could enhance residents' overall experience. Additionally, the lack of nearby malls or markets may make it inconvenient for residents to access essential goods and services, so finding solutions to this issue could also improve convenience and satisfaction for residents.

Good things here

Outside the society, sharing autos were easily available at minimal charges, and there were no traffic issues near the society. I didn't have any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The committee members were very efficient and cooperative. Events were celebrated very well. The maintenance of the society was excellent, and there were no issues with cleanliness or water supply. The lifts were well maintained, and any issues within the society were quickly resolved. Parking was sufficient. The guards were good and cooperative. The residents were good and cooperative. There were no issues with power cuts.

Things need improvement

There were many potholes on the roads outside the society, and during the rainy season, there were issues with waterlogging, making it difficult to walk on the roads and causing difficulties for autos to come. The swimming pool in the society was not operational as long as I was there.

Good things here

The area had great connectivity, and having an auto market nearby was convenient. There were no problems like leaks or seepage, which was a relief. Security in the community was solid, and the residents were friendly. The elevators were well-maintained, and there was ample parking space. Water supply was reliable round the clock, and the cleanliness standards were commendable.

Things need improvement

The swimming pool and other amenities were situated on the 10th floor, but the design made it possible for people to be seen from neighboring windows, which could make some residents feel uncomfortable. A taller boundary wall would have provided more privacy. This setup might feel a bit exposed, especially for women using the pool. Unfortunately, there isn't a local railway station nearby, which can be inconvenient for commuters. Additionally, the proximity to an industrial area causes traffic problems in the area.

Painting is often delayed, and there are issues with elevator maintenance, which have led to accidents. Amenities exist but are non-functional. Cleaning and maintenance standards are subpar, and water supply can be inconsistent. Outside the society, road quality is poor, leading to significant traffic issues. Moreover, cleanliness and hygiene within the society are not properly maintained. Unfortunately, residents' interactions are not always friendly.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Other facilities like gym, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Parking is available in the society.

Schools are far from the society Swimming pool is not available in the society. Maintainance of amenities needs to be improved. Bachelors are not allowed in the society. Parking space is not big, only 4 cars can be parked. Highway is far from the society.

The residents of the society are wonderful; they're friendly and welcoming. In terms of connectivity, all public transportation options are conveniently located nearby. Maintenance is satisfactory, with daily issues like lifts and CCTV promptly addressed, and cleanliness is consistently upheld.

There are several things I really dislike about the place. The garden is consistently dirty, there have been leakage problems in the flats, the swimming pool is almost always empty, and the gym equipment is severely limited. What's frustrating is that these issues seem to be overlooked by the association members, who only address basic or essential problems. It feels a bit odd that these more significant issues aren't getting attention.

Additionally, being a new construction, there were no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. Good things here

Connectivity is really very good in the society asmetro is at 10 min walking distance from the society. There is bus stand ,auto stand near by the society. Construction quality is fantastic as there are no issues regarding fiiting and quality of walls is also good. All the modern amenities are present i the society and fully functional like swimming pool,club house,kids play area,park eveything is there.

There is no railway station at walkable distance from the society. Security system in the society can be enhance more like there is no biomatrix on the entrance of the society.

Good things here

The society didn't face any traffic issues nearby, and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. The auto stand was within walking distance from the society. The people were very nice and interactive. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean, with ample parking space for both residents and visitors. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. The flats were well-ventilated, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.

The shopping malls were not close to the society, and we had to travel a distance for grocery shopping. Additionally, the flats didn't have balconies.
