Good things here
24 hour security, with the freedom to leave early morning or return around midnight. Good mix of residents with cultural events being observed regularly. Daily housekeeping and spacious hallways make this one of the most sought after apartment complexes in Horamavu (if not the most liked one).

Frequent cultural events
Residents pay maintenance in time
Things need improvement
Lack of Cauvery water and dependence on tankers. And that some neighbours end up using our services for free as they don't contribute to our association dues.
