I live in a rental apartment in SSVR Crescent, and it is very conveniently located near shopping malls and markets. There are quite a few options for public transport. However, road conditions are poor.

I have recently rented an apartment in SSVR Crescent, and it is very strategically located close to several IT hubs. The increasing number of IT firms and jobs in this area are attracting several buyers.

SSVR Crescent is one of the most convenient societies in Nagondanahalli, as it is in proximity to health centre, educational institutes. The road connectivity is very good as well, making it an attractive residential option.

I really like living in SSVR Crescent, as there are shopping malls, hospitals, schools, markets, grocery stores in the vicinity of the building. However, waterlogging is a major issue facing the area in monsoon.

The commercial areas of Marathahalli and Whitefield are quite close to SSVR Crescent. The Whitefield Railway station is only about 3 Km from the building. It is in proximity to some important employment zones.

I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there.

I have a 2BHK flat giving a good view of the location. The project is close by to newly construction Metro line. The indoor games, outdoor games, a clubhouse, swimming pool are some of the key amenities of the project. I feel proud to have invested on this SSVR Crescent.

SSVR Crescent has offered me what i am looking for after paying good amount. Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden, gym, kids’ pool, shaded deck and Yoga area. Project still being constructed, some construction noise is there to deal if you are working at home but mobile network is good so far.

Many of the facilities are available in the Society and Nearby Facilities also Available Good Place for Stay with Family. I liked the interior space of each room and modern fixtures making it worth. It is truly the best project. I will get the best return if put on resale.

I booked a 2BHK flat and each room is spacious with balcony giving a wonderful view. The 24/7 security and water service is great. Also there are enough parking spaces. The price is quite high, but is worth for such amenities and grand project delivered.
