Furthermore, the community actively participates in celebrating cultural festivals and events together, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Additionally, the society's pet-friendly policy allows for the presence of pet dogs without any reported issues. Residents also enjoy reliable mobile network connectivity, facilitating seamless communication.
Things need improvement
The society faces recurring drainage problems and occasional water pipe leaks, causing inconvenience for residents. Moreover, there are instances where water supply is unreliable. Lamentably, essential amenities and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids are lacking in the society. Additionally, the quality of water supplied via tankers could be improved to enhance residents' satisfaction. Seepage and leakage issues are prevalent in many flats, indicating an average construction quality of the buildings. Furthermore, the absence of easily accessible auto buses compounds transportation challenges for residents.

Residents are described as decent and educated, coming together to celebrate festivals and events as a community.

The society does not offer additional facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, or play area for kids. As you have recently shifted into the society, you have not encountered any issues worth mentioning so far.

Ongoing road construction outside the society has been causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, it's unfortunate that amenities are chargeable for tenants, which may add to their living expenses. Moreover, the poor build quality leading to leakage and seepage issues in the apartments is a concern that needs to be addressed for the well-being of residents.

All modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional. The quality of construction is commendable, with no seepage issues and spacious rooms. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Timely garbage collection is conducted in the society, contributing to cleanliness. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the managing committee is effectively working accordingly.
Things need improvement
As of now, the society does not have facilities such as solar panels and a generator. However, the managing committee is actively working to have them installed as soon as possible. Additionally, there is no local railway station near the society.

Additionally, the amenities provided are of low quality and below average standards. Furthermore, transportation accessibility near the society is also challenging.

Quality of construction is also good like there is no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. All the modern amenities are there in the society,Gym is really very well maintained and well eqquipted. All the festivals are celebrated in the society. Even though sales events are also conducted in the society. maintenance charges are ten rs per feet in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance was not that great like telecom facility was there earlier in the society but right now it not working since long time,sometime which is concern regarding security pupose. Railway station is not near by the society even though auto and cabs are hard to approach,ola and uber also cancels the ride sometimes.

Good things here
Earlier there were no amenities but all the amenities has been added recently and At present there are 2 swimming pool and 2 kids play area in the society. Build quality is great as there are no leakage and seepage issues. High secuirty system and time to time sweeping and mopping done in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society. Lifts are well maintained and maintenance charges are also reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro and railway station is near by the society but not at walkable distance and sometimes auto is hard to catch near by the society. Power back up facilities are not there in the society.
